Digital mines are the trend of mining technology development,strengthening the digital construction of mines is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of traditional mines,promoting the win-win development of enterprises,the environment and society.However,at present,the various links of mine digitization are independent and not conducive to the transfer of data,and the digital mining system,as an important link in the digitization of mines,is the key to the realization of digital mining.In this paper,the overall structure of the automatic mining system is designed from the automatic mining system of a digital mine,and the construction of the shearer speed control system based on coal rock identification technology and the GIS-based work surface information management module and monitoring platform is studied,and the automatic speed control,GIS and database management system of the shearer are integrated into one platform.The main areas of research for the paper include:(1)The backward propagation network-based coal rock identification algorithm was selected to identify the cut-off state by comparing the accuracy of the simulation cutoff sample identification with the logistic regression and backward propagation network-based coal rock identification algorithm;and the MATLAB/SIMULINK software was used to build the inverter speed regulation simulation model of the cutoff motor to realize the speed regulation of the cut-off motor under different cut-off states.(2)Map Info software was used to draw electronic maps of work surfaces and a work surface information management module was built in conjunction with the SQL Server database management system to achieve effective management of spatial data and attribute data of work surfaces.(3)Since LabVIEW has the advantages of intuitiveness,high development efficiency and high compatibility,LabVIEW is selected as the development software for production monitoring platform.The four modules of data access,status identification,motor control and visualization of production monitoring platform are designed through Matlab Script node,LabVIEW software toolkit Model Interface Toolkit,Lab SQL,Map X and so on,realizing the functions of production monitoring platform.(4)The platform design realizes the integration of working status identification and control,database management and geographic information system of coal mining machine through the hybrid programming of LabVIEW and MATLAB,which strengthens the data integration and management of automatic mining system,makes the resource mining more efficient,intelligent and safe,and lays the foundation for the construction of full automation of mining work surface.
