Healthy life has become a major focus of people's daily attention,and it plays an increasingly important role in people's daily life.Diabetes is currently seriously affecting people's health and lifestyle.Due to the potential high blood sugar caused by factors such as dietary environment,there are more and more people with pre-diabetics.At present,there is no effective cure for diabetes.It can only be assisted in various ways.Sexual mutual intervention,influence and control.In daily life,healthy people should not over-eat walnuts,sesame,peanuts and other nuts,and people often use walnut oil,sesame oil,and peanut oil as a kind of supplement,but the walnut,sesame,and peanut cakes after degreasing are wasted.These three types of cakes themselves also have high nutritional value.If the degreasing cakes can be fully utilized,it will not only save resources,but also promote the diversified development of products,and be more effective for people's health.Good service.In this paper,walnuts,sesame,and peanuts are used as materials,and squeezing and degreasing and pharmacological experiment methods are used to study the effect of walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing cakes on blood sugar in diabetic mice.The main research contents are: preparation of walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing cake meal compound;study on the acute toxicity of walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing cake meal compound;walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing cake meal compound on diabetes Study on the hypoglycemic effect of rats.In this paper,walnuts,sesame,and peanuts are used as materials,and walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing cake compound on diabetic mice:(1)The body weight of each group of mice was lower than that of the blank control group(N group),and the weight gain ratio was smaller than that of the N group.The weight gain rate of the mice was higher than that of the model control group(group M)(P <0.05).It is possible that the walnut,sesame,and peanut fat-removed cake meal compound has an effect on the physical recovery of diabetic mice.(2)After feeding the fat-removed compound,the fasting blood glucose(FBG)of each dose group decreased,indicating that the walnut,sesame,and peanut fat-removed cake compound dose groups can effectively reduce FBG in diabetic mice.(3)0.5h and 2h after sugar administration,compared with group M,each dose of fat-removing complex A,B,C group can reduce the blood glucose value of mice(P <0.05).It shows that each dose group of fat-removing complex can significantly improve the glucose tolerance of diabetic mice.(4)The HG content of each dose group of the fat-removing complex showed an upward trend,and the increase was more obvious in groups B and C(P <0.05).Compared with the N group,the Ins content of each dose group of the fat-removing complex was significantly increased,and the difference in the C group was statistically significant(P <0.05).It shows that feeding walnut,sesame,and peanut degreasing compound may restore the liver function of diabetic mice to a certain extent and improve the function of pancreatic islet cells in diabetic mice.Studies have shown that fat-free walnut cake can significantly improve the learning and memory ability of rats,and improve the antioxidant function of rats.The sesamin contained in sesame seeds has effects on blood lipids,blood sugar and vascular remodeling in rats fed with high fat and high sugar.It is important to use the degreasing peanuts as food for patients to help patients with diabetes,hypertension,arteriosclerosis and gastrointestinal diseases to restore their health.Walnuts,sesame,and peanuts are also good leisure snacks that people prefer in daily life,and they are also important agricultural economic crops suitable for production in Shangluo.Especially for walnuts,the party and state leaders have repeatedly instructed,and the successive Shangluo governments have also attached great importance to it.The walnut industry has become Shangluo's most potential characteristic industry and a cash cow for farmers to get rich,which has made great contributions to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Shangluo.Contribution.Therefore,this study provides people with a healthier auxiliary hypoglycemic snack food through the three degreasing compounds,and it is very necessary to carry out deep processing and reuse of resources.
