This project aims at the centralized treatment of the wastewater discharged by the production enterprises in the industrial park.Based on the full analysis of the water quality components,the original structures are used as far as possible,and the new depth treatment technology is added to ensure the stability of the effluent.In this paper,full research and demonstration are carried out on the scheme of bid upgrading,including drainage system demonstration,construction scale and treatment degree demonstration,factory site demonstration,sewage treatment process demonstration,tail water disinfection process demonstration,sludge treatment and disposal demonstration and deodorization process demonstration.The final technological process is:Coarse grated lifting pump room?current regulating pool?newly added regulating pool?circulating anaerobic pool?A/O pool?secondary sedimentation pool?current BAF pool?intermediate pool?BAF combined pool?active coke adsorption tower?sodium hypochlorite disinfection?discharge.After the transformation of bidding,the main achievements are:?1?BAF was divided into carbon oxidation,nitrification and denitrification parts.BAF pool is newly added,and ECM-210 carrier filter material is put there?2?ECM-410 dominant bacteria and carriers were added to the original A/O pool and ECM-110 dominant bacteria and carriers were added to the O pool,supporting the construction of a biological enhanced fermentation production unit to provide the dominant bacteria agent for the biochemical pool.?3?Low-temperature drying process is adopted to reduce the sludge moisture content to below 60%.It is technically feasible and economical.?4?After the completion of the project,the annual reduction of CODCr:821.25t/a,BOD5:620.5 t/a,SS:711.75 t/a,TN:100.375 T/a,NH3-N:73 T/a,TP:13.69 T/a is expected.After commissioning preparation,unit process start-up and combined process on-line commissioning and optimization,the effluent quality of sewage treatment plant after the transformation from the Pollutant discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant GB18918-2002 to the standard of First-class A.
