Automobile manufacturing industry is the most important component of national manufacturing industry,which can be regarded as a benchmark to measure the manufacturing level of a country.In the past 30 years,China's automobile production and sales have been growing rapidly continuously,and in 2009,China ranked first in the world.Objective:In the process of automobile manufacturing,a variety of production wastewater will be produced,including acid and alkali,a variety of metal ions,total phosphorus,petroleum and paint particles,etc.,whose pollution properties are complex and do great harm to the environment.How to treat wastewater from automobile manufacturing industry effectively and reduce its pollution to the environment is an urgent issue in the field of environmental engineering.Methods:In this paper,the production process and characteristics of wastewater from automobile manufacturing industry are analyzed,and the technologies and methods of wastewater treatment in automobile manufacturing industry at home and abroad are summarized and explored,and,taking the design,construction and operation of the wastewater treatment station of xiaolan Base of an automobile Group in Jiangxi as the research site,adopt classified collection of various kinds of wastewater treatment and chemical pretreatment in,mix again for the combination of biochemical treatment process,the key to develop the auto industry wastewater treatment technology research and practice.Results:Physical,chemical,biological and other wastewater treatment technologies were used to treat the wastewater from automobile manufacturing industry,and the average concentration of each pollutant was detected and analyzed after treatment for 6 months.The total nickel value was 0.19±0.14mg/L,the total zinc value was 0.31±0.22mg/L,the p H value was 7.06±0.25,the CODCr value was60.89±23.20mg/L,the NH3-N value was 3.83±1.46mg/L,and the TP value was3.15±2.05mg/L.Conclusion:The idea and treatment method can remove and degrade most pollutants in the wastewater of automobile manufacturing industry,the total nickel index can meet the first class pollutant discharge standard in the integrated wastewater discharge standard?GB8978-1996?,CODCr,NH3-N,total zinc index can meet the level of emission standards,phosphate cannot reach the primary or secondary emission standards,if you want to achieve must increase depth of precipitation,filtration,etc.In this project,the overall process selection is reasonable,the equipment selection is appropriate,the treatment effect is good,and the discharge requirements are met.It can provide references for the design,construction and operation of wastewater treatment stations in other automobile manufacturing industries.
