In this paper,three kinds of nanocomposites were synthesized:CuS@GO-CS hydrogel,Cu,N-CDs@GO-CS hydrogel,and Zn O QDs@GO-CS hydrogel,their antibacterial properties were studied as follows:?1?Firstly,CuS@GO NCs were synthesized,and then loaded it on chitosan?CS?hydrogel to prepare CuS@GO-CS hydrogel.It was characterized by TEM,FTIR,XPS,UV-vis,Zeta potential,photothermal experiments,in vitro antibacterial experiments and in vitro cytotoxicity experiments to study its structure and performance.CuS@GO-CS hydrogel had good photothermal properties?at a content of CuS@GO NCs at 400?g/m L,laser irradiation for 6 min,temperature up to 58.8°C?,the synergistic?photothermal effect and antibacterial of CS hydrogel?antibacterial efficiency against S.aureus and E.coli was 93.80%and 96.20%,respectively.?2?The Cu,N-CDs@GO-CS hydrogel was synthesized.It was characterized by TEM,FTIR,XPS,FL,UV-vis,Zeta potential,ROS detection,photothermal experiments,in vitro antibacterial experiments,in vitro cytotoxicity experiments and the antibacterial experiments of mice wounds to study its structure and performance.Cu,N-CDs@GO-CS hydrogel had good photothermal?at a content of Cu,N-CDs@GO NCs at 400?g/m L,laser irradiation for 6min,temperature up to 54.2°C?and photodynamic?produce ROS under laser irradiation?properties,the synergistic?photothermal,photodynamic effect,and antibacterial of CS hydrogel?antibacterial efficiency against S.aureus and E.coli was 96.50%and 98.40%,respectively,the synergistic antibacterial effect promoted wound healing in mice.?3?The Zn O QDs@GO-CS hydrogel was synthesized.It was characterized by TEM,SEM,FTIR,XPS,FL,UV-vis,Zeta potential,ROS detection,Zn2+release,photothermal experiments,in vitro antibacterial experiments,in vitro cytotoxicity experiments,and the antibacterial experiments of mice wounds to study its structure and performance.Zn O QDs@GO-CS hydrogel had good photothermal?at a content of Zn O QDs@GO NCs at 500?g/m L,laser irradiation for 6 min,temperature up to 53.4°C?,the synergistic(photothermal,photodynamic effect,and antibacterial of Zn2+and CS hydrogel)antibacterial efficiency against S.aureus and E.coli was 98.90%and 99.50%,respectively,the synergistic antibacterial effect promoted wound healing in mice.
