Abstract/Summary:
Vibration friction welding is a green processing technology with high efficiency and environmental protection,which is widely used in automobile,aerospace and other fields.Aiming at the subject "Research and application of control system of vibration friction welding machine based on PLC and HMI",the following work has been done.First of all,it expounds in detail the academic background,theoretical and practical significance of this research,and reads and summarizes the reasons,significance and basic content of the literature review of this topic.By reading the literature,the current research status and development trend of vibration friction welding are described,and the literature is summarized.At the same time,it expounds the research opinions of this topic,the problems to be solved,the main contents and the chapters of the paper.Second,the working principle,advantages and process standards of vibration friction welding are introduced.The equipment of M836 H vibration friction welding machine designed by Bineng Ultrasonic(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd.is introduced.According to the design and control requirements of the control system,the components of the vibration friction welding machine are briefly introduced.The electromagnetic force theories of single-thread and multi-thread conduction in static process mode and dynamic process mode are analyzed and calculated in detail by using mathematical calculus,electromagnetic theory and mechanical vibration theory.At the same time,the mathematical model of electromagnetic vibration head is established by using Matlab.The maximum amplitude of electromagnetic vibration system is 1.8mm,the frequency range is 210mur260 Hz,and the frequency modulation point is 217 Hz.Third,it introduces the overall task analysis and the overall scheme design of the control system,in which the overall scheme design includes the scheme design of the logic control system and the control mode of the system.The control mode of the system is divided into manual mode,automatic mode and periodic mode.The design of the hardware system describes the hardware design principle,analyzes the PLC I hand O,and designs the electrical control schematic diagram.According to the hardware design principle and Istroke O analysis,the electrical components needed by the control system are selected.According to the requirements of the control system of the vibration friction welding machine,the wiring and circuit of the system are analyzed and designed.Fourth,the software system is designed according to the hardware design and control requirements.The software system design includes the design of PLC control program and HMI screen logic control.Aiming at the PLC control program design,the system pressure setting program,the system data acquisition control program and the system parameter control program are designed.Aiming at the logic control design of HMI screen,it mainly designs the main menu,frequency and amplitude adjustment,parameter setting,system monitoring screen and so on.Finally,according to the design of the PLC communication function of the system,the CC-LINK system configuration,parameter setting and site setting are completed.Then the soft components of PLC communication control are assigned,and the CC-LINK configuration program,FX3U-4AD communication program and FX3U-4DA communication program are designed,and the system debugging is completed.
