Virtual fitting technology is a kind of technology that can let consumers perceive the real effect of clothing fitting in advance.This technology can reduce the time cost of shopping,improve the fitness of clothing and shopping satisfaction.The establishment of garment model and shape matching is one of the key technologies of virtual fitting.Due to the complexity of 3D garment modeling,and few garment model data in the current 3D virtual fitting system,which is difficult to meet the needs of consumers.In addition,there are many styles and rapid replacement speed in the market.Therefore,based on the point cloud data of garment,we propose a method that can quickly generate three-dimensional clothing model and match different personalized human body models in virtual fitting.In the clothing modeling part,firstly,the 3D point cloud data of garment surface is extracted quickly by depth camera scanning equipment,and the point cloud data is preprocessed,and various processing methods are compared and analyzed to discuss the flow process of garment data collection and data processing.Then,combining region growing algorithm and Delaunay triangulation algorithm,a new method of undirected point is proposed.The input of cloud is the surface reconstruction algorithm which generates the interpolation surface in the form of triangulation to reconstruct the clothing model.Starting from the seed triangles whose input points are Delaunay tetrahedron results,the connected Delaunay triangles on the current boundary are added one by one to form the surface step by step.In the process of surface growth,by changing the selection criteria of triangles and adjusting the order of adding triangles,the topological errors and the number of holes caused by adding unsuitable triangles can be reduced,and this method is compared with other methods.In the fitting Application module,two body matching rules are proposed: the first one is based on the principle of clothing garding,which is applicable to the daily ready-made clothing shopping and fitting scene.First,size recommendation is made according to the user’s human body model,then the clothing model is put according to the recommended size,and then the put size clothing model and human body model are registered.Through this form,consumptions can not only directly see the overall effect of fitting,but also see the fit degree of each part.The system can also directly give the recommended code number of the clothing for the user.The second is to use the corresponding relationship between the key points of the human body and the key points of the clothing to pull the deformation of the clothing model,and add the consideration of the gap between the clothing and the human body.Each part of the clothing adapts to the human body’s expansion and contraction,which is applicable for garment customization.In addition,the sizes of the key parts of the garment model can be given.In this paper,the three-dimensional clothing modeling and try on program of the system are constructed.It increases the convenience of garment modeling,and reduces the manpower and time needed for garment enterprises.It is helpful to expand the clothing database of the fitting system and provide ideas for clothing e-sales.
