With the development of an aging population,problems such as nursing problems and safety protection for the elderly have also arisen.The age of the population will lead to the shrinking of the limbs and the sparseness of the bones.Once the fall occurs,the fractures will be life-threatening,even if the surgery will bring some irreversible harm,affecting the normal life of the elderly.On the other hand,with the improvement of living conditions and the iteration of human concepts,the choice of clothing for the elderly group is not limited to a single style of ordinary clothing.For the elderly,functional clothing gradually occupies a certain proportion to purchase clothing,and thus fall protection protective clothing is necessary.In view of the high degree of damage to the lower extremities of the human body,the main purpose of this subject is to develop an old fall protective pants that combines functional protection,aesthetics and comfort.This paper intends to establish the relationship between the three-dimensional fabric parameters and its protective performance,and evaluate the protective performance of the garment through NDI test,combined with subjective evaluation of wearing comfort,aesthetics,and willingness to wear daily protective pants Perform evaluation analysis.In this paper,the questionnaire survey is used to determine the demand for functional clothing and the preference of fabrics and styles in the elderly group.The characteristics of the elderly group's needs for various protective parts are analyzed.The degree of female group's demand for functional clothing in the questionnaire combined with female fracture.The characteristics of the high rate determine the target group to be the elderly female group,combining the characteristics of the protective site,draw a style map.Weft insertion structure is used as the three-dimensional knitted fabric,and in order to achieve a cushioning effect,18.22 tex cotton yarn,11.11 tex white elastic thread and 33.33 tex polyester high elastic yarn are used as the yarn to weave the air-laid needle weft insertion fabric with SVR-123SP machine.In order to study the effect of three-dimensional pattern fabric parameters on its impact resistance,the peak load per unit area was used as a measurement index,and the single factor experiment was combined with the response surface BBD experiment design method to establish the relationship between each factor and its impact resistance.R2=0.9845,Radj2=0.9646,the coefficient of variation C.V.%is 3.97%,and the model is valid.The model's predicted value at the optimal level is 0.0073 k N/cm2,and the actual impact test value is 0.0076 k N/cm2,with an error of 4.11%.This model can better represent the real situation of the impact resistance of three-dimensional knitted fabrics.For older women,the elderly women the size of the lower limbs is studied,in order to determine the pants detailed structure size,structure,complete the production of trousers,and through real NDI experiment,lateral hip maximum stress when I fell down and front knee when I fell down to the maximum bearing,and get the cushioning property of protective material with its size bigger and better.The optimal size of knee cushioning material is 8*12?cm?,and the optimal size of hip cushioning material is24*10*7?cm?.Finally,the subjective evaluation and analysis were conducted on the comfort,aesthetics and willingness of daily wear of the finished products by the old.The overall score value of the 2#protection was higher based on three aspects:wearing comfort,activity convenience and wearing aesthetics.The average value of willingness of daily wear was better and the acceptance degree was good.
