To study Fu Yang river ecological after filling water phytoplankton,zooplankton and benthic animal community structure characteristics and its correlation with environmental factors,to Fu Yang river ecological filling water engineering(lead into the furong jiang handan section)as the research object,and in 2019 in decorate Fu Yang river(handan)within the territory of four monitoring sampling and analysis of aquatic organisms,and the water quality monitoring.Fuyang water community structure is studied by using water quality index,Redundancy analysis and diversity index,and the main environmental factors which affect the structure of fuyang hydrobiotic community are discussed.The main results are as follows:(1)A total of seven phytoplankton species and 50 phytoplankton species were identified by sampling after fuyang river began its ecological replenishments in April2019.The mean cell density of phytoplankton was 0.91×10~6/L.Six 45 species of phytoplankton were collected in August 2019,and the average cell density of phytoplankton was 5.36×10~6/L.The Shannon-Wiener uniformity index of phytoplankton increased while the Margrev index decreased after ecological water replenishment.(2)Fuyang River ecological replenisher(April 2019)sampled and identified a total of three zooplankton species,28 species.The average zooplankton cell density was 2.39/L.In August 2019,34 species of 3 families of zooplankton were collected,and the average cell density of zooplankton was 59.5/L.The Shannon-Wiener index,evenness index and Maglev index of zooplankton showed an upward trend after ecological water replenishment began.(3)In April 2019,a total of 24 species of benthic animals,a fuyang river,were found to be a fuyang benthic animal.In August 2019,a total of 18 species of benthic fauna,3 phylums,5 classes,9 orders,11 families were found.The proportion of arthropods was large,but decreased compared with that in April,while the proportion of molluscs was on the rise.The biological index and diversity index showed a decreasing trend.(4)According to the monitoring data of water quality before and after water supplement,the water quality in the upper and lower reaches of Fuyang River is obviously improved,which is better than that before water supplement.Through the correlation analysis of Phytoplankton,Zooplankton and zoobenthos communities with environmental factors after ecological water recharge in Fuyang River,it is shown that after ecological water recharge in Fuyang River,the main environmental factors affecting the plankton and benthic organisms in the Fuyang River are DO,pH and nutrients.
