This thesis takes customized cat eye film,customized cat eye carton,aluminum barrier laminated tube and toothpaste packaging including carton and laminated tube as the research objects,determines these products' system boundary,production process and data list and uses the life cycle assessment(LCA)method to qualititavely and quantitatively analyze its impact on the environment.On the e Footprint system,all life cycle assessmentsare completed online,including modeling,calculation analysisand data quality assessment.The results show that these 4products have a great impact on primary energy demand,climate change and ecotoxicity within the boundaries of the system studied.Through life cycle assessment studiedon customized cat eye film with four production units containing PET film chemical treatment,UV coating,molding and aluminum plating,the results show that each square meter customized cat eye film consumes 3.92 MJ of primary energy,emits 1.89 Kg of greenhouse gases and 1.5e-1CTUe ecotoxic substancessimultaneously.And the impact on resources and environment mainly comes from PET film and the electrical energy consumed in all production process.Theseven production units of custom cat eye color boxcontaining white paperboardmaking,customized cat eye film production,paper and film lamination,slitting,printing,die cutting and sticking were subjected to life cycle assessment research.The research shows that each customized cat eye carton consumes 0.7MJ of primary energy,meanwhile,releases0.05 Kg of matters that affected climate change and 1.56e-3CTUe ecotoxic substances.The key influence on resources and environment causes by white cardboard and customized cat eye film production.While,the main influence materials are used pulps,PET films and electricity.The life cycle assessment was carried out on five production processes of aluminum barrier laimated tube including blank aluminum barrier laminate web making and printing,cap,shoulder and insert injection,shoulder and insert combination and tubesealing.The results prove that each aluminum barrier laminated tube consums 2.53 MJ of primary energy,emits0.12 Kg climate-changing gases and 1.20e-2CTUe ecotoxic substances.And the main impact on resources and environment contributs by blank aluminum barrier laminate web preparation.After comparion of the life cycle assessment between the proposed improvementscheme ofplastic barrier laminated tube and aluminum barrier laminated tube,the aluminum barrier laiminated tube has nagative impact on resource and environment impact within the boundary of the system studied,which provides data support for improvement of product design.According to the life cycle assessment on toothpaste packaging including color box and tube,the result indicates that a producthas 3.24 MJ of primary energy consumption,0.17 Kg climate-changing matters emmission and 1.3e-2 CTUeecotoxic substances.Within the studied system bundary,the impact of aluminum barrier laminated tube on primary energy consumption,climate change and ecotoxicity was 3.6,2.5 and 7.6 times that of customized cat eye color carton respectively,showing that the environment impact mainly generates by aluminum barrier laminate tube.Based on life cycle assessment results,from the perspective of reducing energy consumption and environmental impact,suggestions and prospects for improving the customized cat eye film production,artcard paper,aluminum barrier laminate blank web and electrical energy consumed at various production stages are proposed.
