In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in our country has increased rapidly,traffic noise pollution has become more and more serious,and the impact of illegal horns on people’s daily lives has increased.It is of great significance to apply voice recognition technology and sound source location technology to the process of traffic law enforcement,and to strengthen the supervision of vehicles that violate regulations and whistle.The main purpose of this research is to realize automatic monitoring of vehicles that violate regulations and whistle.This article aims to obtain evidence for violation of vehicle whistle.The main tasks completed are as follows:1)Design and build a whistle vehicle identification system.The system uses voice recognition technology to identify the vehicle type of illegal whistle through the collected vehicle whistle,and generates a record file as the auxiliary judgment information for vehicle whistle violation.2)Designed and built a whistle vehicle positioning system.The system applies sound source localization technology,which can locate the position coordinates of the whistling vehicle,generate a snapshot image with superimposed acoustic positioning,and combine with the vehicle information recorded by the whistle vehicle identification system to provide a basis for law enforcement by the traffic control department.The whistling vehicle recognition system designed in this paper can recognize the whistling vehicle models in the target area in real time.This design takes the car whistle as the target sound source,and takes the sounding principle of the car horn as the entry point,collects the whistle sounds of some common car models on the market,and establishes a car whistle experimental sample library containing 14 car models.The whistling vehicle recognition system adopts the sound recognition technology that has developed rapidly in recent years.Due to the presence of complex environmental noises such as car engine sounds,insect sounds,and airflow sounds at the monitoring site,these noises will have a certain impact on the recognition process.Before the car whistle signal is recognized,the car whistle signal received on site is preprocessed.The preprocessing includes four steps: signal enhancement,pre-emphasis,framing and windowing,and endpoint detection.After preprocessing,the car whistle is calculated.The sound characteristics of the acoustic signal are extracted and the characteristic parameters are extracted.Finally,the extracted characteristic parameters are input into the model library for matching,and the vehicle model of the whistle is determined.Corresponding experimental analysis was carried out after the system design was completed,and the results showed that the recognition rate of the whistling vehicle recognition system can reach over 96%.The whistling vehicle positioning system designed in this paper can locate the whistling vehicle coordinates in the target area.The system uses the sound source positioning technology based on microphone array.During the design process,the sound source signal localization model was analyzed,and several existing sound source localization algorithms based on microphone arrays were studied.On the basis of comparing the working principles and scope of use of several localization algorithms,it was decided to adopt the phase conversion weighting method.Steered Response Power-Phase Transform(SRP-PHAT)is used as a car whistle sound location algorithm.In the microphone array design process,based on the comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the linear,planar and three-dimensional layout structures of the commonly used microphone arrays,the planar Archimedes spiral array microphone array layout was selected.Finally,a suitable analog-to-digital conversion module and data processing module were selected to design a complete whistle vehicle positioning system.The designed prototype was tested on the crossbar of the traffic equipment installation at the intersection of Tengfei Road and Fengqi Street in Baoding City.Cars are tested during the day and night,and the whistling vehicles can be accurately distinguished,which meets the requirements of practical applications.
