The railway is the main artery of the national economy,and ensuring the safety of trains is of great significance for ensuring people's production and life.Rain storm along the railway will cause serious natural disasters such as flood and debris flow,which will cause great hidden danger to railway transportation.The railway department needs to continuously strengthen the real-time and accurate monitoring of heavy rain along the railway line,strengthen the awareness of prevention,and ensure the safety of railway lines.At present,the tipping bucket rain gauge used along the railway has a large volume,which is inconvenient to set up and requires regular maintenance.There is a large error in the measurement under low temperature and heavy rainfall.The measuring cylinder rain gauge needs manual calculation of rainfall,which cannot meet the requirements of the railway department for intelligence and real-time.In order to overcome the shortcomings of the above rain gauge,this article independently developed a piezoelectric rain gauge used in railway meteorology,which can accurately complete real-time rainfall monitoring of heavy rainfall along the railway,with the advantages of small size,easy installation,and no maintenance.And it can measure accurately in low temperature environment.Modular design ideas are adopted in the hardware circuit,and modules such as charge-voltage signal conversion circuit,normalized amplifying circuit,high and low pass filter circuit,detection follower circuit and analog-to-digital conversion circuit are built.The software design uses MDK5 to compile the software,the development language is C language,and use the generalized regression neural network to establish the voltage and rainfall model,and write heating,communication and other program modules to complete the design of the piezoelectric rain gauge system.Due to the particularity of railway meteorology,the complex terrain and climate along the railway line are easy to cause corrosion and interference to the rain gauge.In order to ensure the rain gauge can work Steadily for a long time,the necessary experimental tests are carried out on the rain gauge.The first is to test the PCB board,then the equipment and Vaisala rain gauge are used for data comparative analysis experiment,and finally the strict EMC test is carried out in the laboratory.According to the test results,this product can meet the requirements of monitoring rainfall information along the railway.
