In the field of energetic materials,the development of binder is in the direction of high energy,safety and stability,good mechanical properties,low characteristic signal and green environmental protection.In order to adapt to the development of binder,a kind of excellent binder was preparedFirstly,an alkynyl terminated epoxy propane-tetrahydrofuran random copolymer(PT(P-co-T))was synthesized by chemical modification,and characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR.The product was confirmed to be PT(P-co-T)Secondly,two kinds of polymers,GAPE(end-ester poly(glycidyl ether))and PT(P-co-T),were used for click chemical reaction to prepare a kind of bond containing triazole.The mechanical properties of the triazole binder system were compared with GAP and BPS(dipropargyl butanedioate)system,double cross-linking system and GO(graphene oxide)containing triazole binder.The test results show that the former has better mechanical properties.By changing R value,the mechanical properties of triazole binder can be regulated in a certain range.When R value is 0.5,the mechanical property of the sample is the best,its tensile strength is 0.332mpa,and its elongation reaches 897.1%.triazole binder is confirmed to be a new type of potential binder.The curing kinetics of triazole binder was studied by rheological isothermal test method.The curing kinetics equation was obtained.The results showed that the curing process was a kind of autocatalytic reactionFinally,the properties of triazole binder were studied.The swelling test results showed that the binder only swelled and did not dissolve in organic solvents(such as toluene,tetrahydrofuran,etc.),and was a kind of cross-linked structure.At R=0.5,the stricture of the triazole type of bonding agent is the most orderly and the mechanical performance is optimal The results of DMA test showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg)of triazole binder was around-70?-65?,which had good low temperature mechanical properties.The local cold crystallization phenomenon occurred at-50?-30?,which indicated the existence of hanging chain inside the sample.The results of DSC and TG tests showed that the decomposition process of triazole binder at high temperature was divided into three processes,namely,the decomposition of azide group(-N3)near 258?,the decomposition of end-ester bond near 355?,and the decomposition of ether bond near 414?.When the temperature is greater than 550?,TG experiments show that there are still a small amount(5-10%)of impurities remaining,indicating that the decomposition of triazole group requires a higher temperature,with stable thermal performance in medium and high temperature.DSC and TG experiments can also prove the existence of hanging chains in the samplesThe research results show that the triazole binder has excellent mechanical properties,which can be controlled within a certain range by changing the R value.Meanwhile,it has excellent mechanical properties at low temperature and thermal stability from medium to high temperature,confirmed a kind of binder with good comprehensive properties.
