As a kind of new materials with porous,great specific surface area and polymetallic sites,Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have lots of advantages,such as designable,easy to control,strict order,polymetallic sites,large porosity and so on.Therefore,MOFs have many researches and applications in the fields of chemistry,materials,biology,medicine and so on.In this paper,three carboxylic acid ligands were selected and 10 new compounds were synthesized by hydrothermal/solvothermal conditions.The structures of the complexes were determined,their basic properties and magnetic properties were characterized,and their antibacterial activities were determined.The folllowing studies have been done in this thesis:1.Six novel compunds,namely{[Co3(L12(H2O)5]?3H2O?2DMF}n(1),[Co2(L1)(bpp)(OH)(H2O)]n(2),[Mn2(L1)(H2O)5]n(3),[Ni3(L12(H2O)6]n(4),[Cd3(L12(DMA)]n(5),[Zn3(L12(OH)2]n(6)have been synthesized using5-(4-(1-(carboxymethyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)phenyl)isophthalic acid,auxiliary ligand1,3-Di(4-pyridyl)propane and metallic ions Co(II),Mn(II),Ni(II),Cd(II),Zn(II).The six complounds were characterized by infrared spectra,thermogravimetric,powder diffraction,magnetic properties,fluorescence spectroscopy and antibacterial experiments.Compounds1-3 had antiferromagnetism,and compound 4 had ferromagnetism.The antibacterial experiments showed that the compound 3 had obvious bacteriostasis to glucococcus epidermidis,and compound 5 can inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas putida.2.Two novel compunds,namely{[Co(L2)(bpp)(H2O)]}n(7),{[Cu(L2)(H2O)]}n(8)have been synthesized based on 5-(pyrazol-1-yl)isophthalic acid,metallic ions Co(II)and Cu(II).The two complounds were characterized by infrared spectra,thermogravimetric,powder diffraction,magnetic properties,and antibacterial experiments.Compounds 7-8showed the antiferromagnetism.The results of bacteriostasis experiment showed that the compound 7 had strong bacteriostasis to Pseudomonas putida.3.Twonovelcompunds,namely{[Co4(L32(H2O)4]}n(9),{[Mn4(L32(DMA)(H2O)6]}n(10)have been synthesized based on 1-hydroxy-2,4,6-benzene tricarboxylic acid,metallic ions Co(II)and Mn(II).The two complounds were characterized by infrared spectra,thermogravimetric,powder diffraction,magnetic properties,and antibacterial experiments.Compound 9 and 10 showed the antiferromagnetism.The results showed that compound 9 had strong antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas putida,Escherichia coli and glucococcus epidermidis.
