The improvement of living environment requirements of modern people,on the one hand,is the improvement of air quality,high quality indoor environment is mainly the accurate control of temperature and humidity,so that the human body in the most comfortable environment atmosphere.When air moisture content is exorbitant,need to reduce the content of water vapor in the air by dehumidification.Here are various ways of dehumidification,among which solution dehumidification is one of them.It is mainly based on the contact between a certain concentration of salt solution and the air with high humidity and the pressure difference as the driving force to push the moisture in the air into the salt solution to achieve the purpose of dehumidification.The salt solution after the dehumidification process is recycled and needs to be recycled and reapplied in the dehumidification process.Therefore,the quality and speed of dehumidification solution regeneration all affect the whole dehumidification process,making the dehumidification solution regeneration the core part of the whole dehumidification process.In order to respond to the call of energy conservation and environmental protection advocated by the country,and at the same time to take various measures to utilize low-grade energy,the heat needed for dehumidification regeneration process is also used as a heat source by some waste heat from renewable energy or industry.In order to further utilize low-grade energy,the physical property of aqueous solution under vacuum condition is used to change the evaporation temperature to reduce.At the same time,the supergravity technology is introduced from the aspect of enhancing heat and mass transfer.Super gravity technology is a technology that makes use of centrifugal force far higher than the earth's gravity acceleration to make the liquid form membrane,droplet and filaments under the action of huge centrifugal force,so as to increase the heat and mass transfer area.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Set up a salt solution regeneration experiment table under the dual action of supergravity and vacuum.On the basis of the original experimental bench for the study of boiling characteristics,a super-gravity rotating bed was modified to regenerate the LiCl salt solution.(2)Determine the experimental influencing factors,set the experimental conditions,propose the specific experimental design scheme and experimental operation method.conduct experimental research on the set conditions,obtain the influencing factors,and the influence results on the concentration of dehumidification solution after regeneration were analyzed.(3)The heat exchange process of the salt solution regeneration process in the super-gravity bed was numeratively simulated,and the calculation formula was determined.The operation parameters and some parameters were determined by using the REFPROP software,and the results were calculated by using the MATLAB software,and the results were analyzed.(4)The experimental results and simulation results were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the experiment and simulation.In order to measure the influence of various factors on the regeneration effect of LiCl salt solution under the dual action of ultra-gravity and vacuum,the super-gravity bed rotor speed,vacuum degree and the initial concentration of the regenerated solution were set as the changes,and the crossover experiment was conducted.The variation range of rotor speed is 800~1400r/min,the value of vacuum pressure is 8kPa~12kPa,and the initial concentration of the regenerated solution is 30%~36%.In addition,a certain control group experiment was set according to the experimental conditions.After analyzing the experimental and simulation results,the conclusion was drawn as following:(1)When the environmental pressure in the system is constant and the initial concentration of the solution is the same,the rotating speed of the ultra-gravity bed rotor can be changed.When the rotating speed increases within the range of 800~1200r/min,the heat and mass transfer contact area can be effectively increased,and the added value of the dehumidification solution can be increased after regeneration.When the rotational speed increases within the range of 1200~1400r/min,the loss of gas caused by the excessive rotational speed reduces the regeneration.(2)When the rotor speed is constant and the initial concentration of the regenerated solution is the same,the environmental pressure value inside the system is changed.When the pressure value inside the system decreases,the change value of the regenerated solution concentration becomes larger and the amount of regeneration increases.In other words,the decrease of saturation temperature of aqueous solution in low-pressure environment is conducive to promoting the regeneration process of dehumidification solution and improving the regeneration efficiency.(3)When the super-gravity bed rotor speed and the environmental pressure in the system are constant,the initial concentration of the solution is changed.With the increase of the initial concentration,the physical properties such as intermolecular forces in the solution change,so that the regeneration effect of the solution becomes worse.(4)Compared with the simulation results,the experimental results showed the same variation trend in the range of 800~1200r/min,and the synergy of the results verified the scientific nature of the experimental results.However,due to the complicated experimental process and too many influencing factors,the experimental results and the simulation results have some errors within the range of 1200~1400r/min.(5)In order to clearly understand the effect of supergravity technology on dehumidification solution regeneration,a control group was set up for dehumidification solution regeneration under vacuum only.The results of the control experiment showed that the regeneration effect of dehumidification solution was significantly improved when the supergravity technology was added to the regeneration process,that is,the supergravity technology could be applied to the regeneration process of dehumidification solution.
