In this paper,in order to solve the problems of biomass resources not being reasonably utilized, and the improper disposal of biomass resources resulting in environmental pollution and resource waste, pyrolysis technology was used to treat biomass to improve energy efficiency. To find appropriate pyrolysis process parameters, the metal is enriched in pyrolysis char to the greatest extent, reducing its content in the liquid phase products and improving the development utilization rate of tar.Two different biomasses from the tailing pond greenery plant pine sawdust in northwest China and the plant artemisia annua around the tailings dam are selected for pyrolysis experiments,to study the migration of metal elements during pyrolysis for different biomass.Through thermogravimetric analysis to study their pyrolysis characteristics, predict the effect of biomasss pyrolysis temperature on its pyrolysis reaction, and provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent pyrolysis test conditions. The self-made pyrolysis test device was used to study the three pyrolysis influencing factors of pyrolysis temperature, heating rate and holding time, using the single factor analysis method and the experiment temperature is 450 ?,550 ?,650 ?,750?,the heating rate is 30 ?/min,40 ?/min,50 ?/min,and the holding time is20 min,25 min,30 min,and obtain important data such as liquid phase products, gas phase products and solid phase products,as well as liquid phase yield, pyrolysis gas yield, pyrolysis char yield.By analyzing and determining the content of main metal elements in raw materials, liquid phase products and pyrolysis char, the best test pyrolysis temperature for pine sawdust is 650 ?,the heating rate is 50 ?/min,and the holding time is 25 min.The yields of pyrolysis char, liquid phase product and pyrolysis gas obtained at this time are 21.67%,59.70% and 18.63%,respectively;The optimal experimental conditions for artemisia annua are the pyrolysis temperature of 650 ?,the heating rate of50?/min and the holding time of 30 min.The pyrolysis char, liquid products andpyrolysis gas production rates of artemisia annua are 28.10%,48.61% and 23.29%,respectively.To sum up,the optimal pyrolysis test conditions for pine sawdust and artemisia annua in the research range are the experimental pyrolysis temperature of 650 ?,the heating rate of 50 ?/min,the holding time of 25 min and the experimental pyrolysis temperature of650 ?,the heating rate of 50 ?/min and the holding time of 30 min, respectively.Under this condition, the content of metal elements in biomass pyrolysis char is relatively large, the volatilization analysis is basically complete, and the content of metal elements in liquid phase products is relatively small. At the same time,by calculating the measured data, the enrichment degree of each metal element in the pyrolysis char phase can be analyzed, the pyrolysis process parameters with the best enrichment effect can be further demonstrated, and the migration law of main metal elements in the pyrolysis process can be explored.
