Land is the foundation upon which human beings depend, and the connection between human beings and the environment. However, with the rapid economic development and the advancement of urbanization, land,as the bearing space of the urbanization process, plays a key role in adjusting the allocation of resources. In the process of rapid urbanization, the land has also undergone a process of urbanization. In this process, human activities have a certain adverse impact on the ecological environment, and the contradictions between human and land have gradually become prominent. As a result, complex land use patterns have changed.Landscape ecological risk assessment is a comprehensive method relying on ecology and geography. It takes an area’s landscape pattern as an evaluation object and it quantitatively evaluates the ecological changes in land. This evaluation method provides new ideas for the analysis of the impact of land urbanization on the ecological environment. This article takes Jiutai District as the research object, based on the 2009-2018 land period database, change survey database, statistical yearbook and statistical bulletin, using software technology platforms such as ArcGIS,GeoDa,Fragstats, etc.Using models such as land transfer matrix, spatial autocorrelation, spatial center of gravity migration, ecological risk, and spatial-temporal geographic weighted regression,to analyze the distribution of construction land, the level of urbanization of the land, the degree of ecological risk, and the correlation between the two indicators in Jiutai District from 2009 to 2018 for dynamic analysis of time and space. In orderto truly reflect the advantages and disadvantages of Jiutai District’s transition to new urbanization. The results show that:(1)By analyzing the distribution of construction land in Jiutai District,it is found that the main destination of the various types of land transfer in Jiutai District from 2009 to 2018 is construction land, with a cumulative transfer of2841.36 hectares, and the main source is cultivated land. The distribution of construction land is positively correlated in space. The high-high agglomeration types are mainly distributed in the central and southwestern regions, and the low-low agglomeration types are mainly distributed in the eastern and northeastern regions. From 2009 to 2018,the center of gravity of the construction land space shifted from the northeast to the southwest, and the offset distance was 1920.18 hectares.(2)The land urbanization level of Jiutai District is measured. The land urbanization level is high in the southwest and central regions of Jiutai District, and the land urbanization rates are as high as 50% and 80%.The level of urbanization of land in the northeast region is low,and the rate of urbanization of land is less than 2%.The level of land urbanization in 2009-2018 showed an upward trend. This paper uses the natural discontinuity method to divide into five levels.(3)The analysis of the landscape pattern of Jiutai District shows that the patch density of the construction land in Jiutai District is the largest and the division is the lowest.Cultivated land is the dominant land type in Jiutai District, and its concentration degree is the largest. From 2009 to2018,the area of cultivated land patch types in Jiutai District gradually decreased, the area of construction land increased, and various types of patches gradually showed a balanced distribution.(4)The evaluation of the ecological risk in Jiutai District shows that the overall ecological risk in Jiutai District from 2009 to 2018 is high, and the ecological risk index is higher than 0.6,and the index has shown an upward trend in the past decade.(5)Based on the spatial-temporal geographical weighted regression analysis of land urbanization rate and ecological risk index in Jiutai District,it is found that from the perspective of time, the ecological risk in Jiutai District increases with the increase of land urbanization. From 2009 to 2018,the average regression coefficient showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. From a spatialperspective, the ecological risk of Jiutai District’s areas with low levels of land urbanization increases with the increase of land urbanization. In areas with high levels of urbanization, the ecological risks decrease with the increase in the level of urbanization of land.
