Mine hoist is a complex system composed of a variety of components.Each of the components can affect the safe operation of the hoist.At present,it's working state is only detected by workers at regular intervals,even without corresponding monitoring means.In order to improve the automation level of production and strengthen the management of coal production of transport equipment,the thesis studied the monitoring technology of hoist auxiliary state and applied it to the electromechanical control system of shaft construction hoist.Firstly,the thesis reviewed the current situation of monitoring status of auxiliary state of hoist at home and abroad.According to the shortcomings of current monitoring system and considering the introduction of the overall composition of the mine hoist system,this thesis analyzed the influence of brake shoe clearance,brake disc temperature,motor temperature,reducer temperature and bearing temperature on the running state of the hoist system.It also given the monitoring technology and significance of these auxiliary states.Secondly,the thesis designed the hardware structure of the elevator auxiliary state monitoring system,and analyzed the selection of hardware,the installation and maintenance of sensors,signal acquisition scheme,communication mode,on-site monitoring system scheme and on-site anti-interference measures in detail.Then the thesis developed the program of each function module of the upper computer of the hoist monitoring system based on PyQt5 framework with the python language.The functions of these modules in the software included system management,communication,data processing and display,and the management of database.The monitoring system realized the collection,analysis and display of data.Finally,the thesis explored the fault diagnosis method of the hoist system and summarized the fault model and implementation strategy based on the integrated neural network fault diagnosis.The research can improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and classification,and be used to guide the troubleshooting and daily maintenance of the hoist system components.The auxiliary condition monitoring system designed in this paper makes up for the shortcomings of the existing monitoring system.It can be incorporated into the electric control system of the vertical shaft construction hoist to better ensure the reliable operation of the hoist.It not only improves the safety,but also saves the personnel investment for the enterprise,which has great engineering value.There are 56 figures,21 tables and 88 references in this thesis.
