The development of agricultural machinery in China has experienced from the initial stage of the founding of the People's Republic of China to the sustained development stage of small agricultural machinery in the early stage of reform and development,and then to the rapid development stage of large agricultural machinery and electric agricultural machinery.Driven by multiple factors such as policy guidance,industrial planning and preferential subsidies,the new energy industry has achieved rapid development,lithium battery as a representative of the new energy products,it can meet the demand of era,loved by enterprise and the public,it also has been widely used in the field of agricultural machinery,such as plant protection UAV,cotton-picking machine,trans-planter,thin planting machine,mower,etc.,have got good market feedback,and has good development prospects.The application of lithium battery in agricultural machinery is more and more extensive,followed by the problem of recovery,treatment and recycle.With the increase of service life,it is more and more scrapped,the recycling and reuse of lithium batteries are in urgent need,whether from the environmental pollution caused by the scrapped lithium batteries,the impact on crops and farmland,the economic value created for the society,the threat to the use of non-renewable resources,or the harm to human health.Paper based on the analysis of agricultural machinery waste lithium battery recycling technology and equipment,for agricultural machinery in the process of discarded lithium batteries used by front-end link-discharge equipment improvement,based on the analysis of the lithium battery discharge efficiency under different experimental conditions,found that the discharge solution under different temperature conditions in Na Cl solution,lithium battery discharge efficiency,at the same time,as the change of time,at different discharge efficiency is also a change in the solution.Paper on the analysis of the lithium battery solution in different concentration and temperature of the discharge in the discharge rate,on the basis of the existing fixed concentration,temperature of the discharge solution--discharge pool,the paper designed a system which can be changed the discharge condition,used this automatic discharge system change discharge conditions at different discharge cycles,so as to improve the efficiency of discharge.The system includes hardware structure,lower computer system,PC system,its hardware structure mainly includes the spiral feeder,automatic liquid discharge ratio of box module,liquid discharge heating module,discharge box and discharge liquid recovery module and so much.The lower machine system is mainly used to allocate the action of valve,motor and other mechanism,at the same time,the data of the discharge system is collected in real time and sent back to the upper computer system.PC system is mainly used in the real-time control onthe discharge of the whole system situation,the operator can choose on the discharge of the whole system through the upper machine system control mode-which can be manual control or automatic control.The quantitative feeding device used in the system adopts the weight sensor to feedback the data signal,and the linkage with the motor can realize real-time,quantitative feeding with high precision.The dome valve with inflatable seal is adopted at the bottom of the system bin as the pipeline through short valve.Due to the sealing form of its inflatable seal,the seal has inlaid effect on the material.In the use process,the damage to the sealing surface is minimal,which increases the service life of the accessories.This discharge system can be used to discharge waste lithium batteries,the discharge efficiency can be increased to double before the improvement.At the same time,the discharge waste liquid can also be recycled for secondary treatment,greatly reducing the occurrence of pollution.
