With the development of industrial technology in the world,energy storage has become a focus of attention of researchers,and phase-change energy storage materials have become an important solution to the problem of space-time mismatch in the process of energy use.Phase change energy storage materials generally require skeleton styling.At present,styling phase change energy storage materials have the problems of high proportion of skeleton and high leakage rate.Based on this,this paper proposes to modify the epoxy resin with polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight of 6000(PEG6000),prepare a modified epoxy resin multifunctional framework material,and form a fixed phase change energy storage with the phase change energy storage component PEG6000 Materials,effectively improve the leakage problem,and use the PEG6000 segment in the skeleton to make the skeleton material have energy storage characteristics;the study also found that the microphase separation of the PEG6000 segment in the skeleton can promote the crystallization of the main phase change energy storage component PEG6000 to achieve improved materials The purpose of energy storage density.Considering that epoxy resin is a thermosetting material and cannot be processed secondly,this article also preliminary explores the preparation of thermoplastic general-purpose polystyrene(PS,molecular weight 200,000)grafted with PEG6000 by chemical grafting method to prepare PS that can be processed secondarily-g-PEG6000 thermoplastic multifunctional framework material,this method can also provide new ideas for PS hydrophilic modification.The research results of this paper are as follows:The modified epoxy resin was prepared by using E-51 epoxy resin,PEG6000,phthalic anhydride as raw materials,and the reaction was controlled by conditions to obtain the reaction of PEG6000: E-51 epoxy resin with a molecular ratio of 1:2.The main modified epoxy resin,to explore the reaction conditions,the best is the esterification reaction temperature 105 ℃,epoxy resin ring opening reaction temperature 110 ℃.A modified epoxy resin/PEG6000 phase change energy storage material was prepared.The initial decomposition temperature of the material was higher than 390 ℃,which could meet the requirements of the material’s heat storage and storage process;comprehensively consider the issues of energy storage density,heat release capacity,leakage rate,etc.When the modified epoxy resin mass fraction is 30%,the material performance is the best,the crystallization enthalpy,melting enthalpy,heat release capacity and leakage rate are: 119.52 J/g,126.08 J/g,94.80%,0.4012%.This paper discusses the effect of the mass fraction of PEG6000 in the modified epoxy resin skeleton on the properties of the modified epoxy resin/PEG6000 phase change energy storage material.Comprehensive consideration of thermal stability,energy storage density,leakage rate,heat release capacity and other factors,when the PEG6000 content in the framework is 30%,the best performance,crystallization enthalpy,melting enthalpy,heat release capacity and leakage rate are: 129.4 J/g,132.98 J/g,97.38%,0.3671%.Using 1,4-butanediol as raw material,long-chain chloromethylation reagents were prepared,and chloromethylated polystyrene and PS-g-PEG6000 products were successfully prepared.The thermal performance analysis of PS-g-PEG6000 product showed that the thermal stability of PS-g-PEG6000 was higher than that of PEG6000 and PS,and there was a certain degree of cross-linking in the system;The phase change temperature is 63.03 ℃,and the phase change enthalpy during the exothermic process is 15.313 J/g.
