Ordinary concrete has good compressive and durable properties,but its brittleness is high and it is easy to crack,so its application scenarios are greatly limited.In constant exploration,reinforced concrete finally emerged.Although reinforced concrete materials have great performance advantages,the research on them has not stopped.The density of reinforced concrete is large,and the reinforcement inside the concrete is easy to rust,which leads to the overall expansion,cracking,and the overall bearing capacity decline.These problems restrict the mechanical properties and durability of reinforced concrete.In view of these problems to be improved,this paper puts forward the idea of using threedimensional porous composite materials to strengthen concrete.The three-dimensional porous composite is composed of porous fabric as reinforcement and resin as matrix.The threedimensional porous fabric itself has good integrity,high strength,not easy to break;and after composite with resin,it has high specific strength,specific modulus,impact resistance,bending resistance,compression resistance and corrosion resistance.Therefore,it can solve the problems of high brittleness and easy cracking of ordinary concrete,as well as the problems of easy corrosion of steel bars in reinforced concrete,leading to overall expansion,cracking and overall bearing capacity decline.Whether ordinary concrete or reinforced concrete,their impact resistance is very poor.It is easy to occur brittle fracture and fall off under impact load.Considering that the three-dimensional porous composite has good impact resistance,in order to make good use of the impact resistance of the three-dimensional porous composite to enhance the impact resistance of the overall structure of concrete,this paper designs and weaves four kinds of three-dimensional fabrics with different hole structures,including triangle,square,isosceles trapezoid,hexagon,and resin transfer molding workers assisted by vacuum After art compounding,the influence of different pore structure on the impact resistance of 3D porous composite was studied by impact test.Then choose the hexagonal hole structure with the best impact resistance to weave the corresponding large-scale three-dimensional porous fabric,and study the effect of different composite methods in the composite of the large-scale three-dimensional porous fabric with a certain height.The three-dimensional porous fabric was compounded by the hand paste technology with the best composite effect,and the three-dimensional porous composite with hexagonal hole structure was obtained,which was compounded with concrete to verify the feasibility of strengthening concrete with three-dimensional porous composite.Finally,the mechanical properties of three-dimensional porous composite reinforced concrete are discussed by comparing with the impact,compression and bending properties of pure concrete and reinforced concrete.
