Antibiotics are a kind of antibacterial drugs which mainly treat bacterial infection.Among them, quinolones are widely used in aquaculture. However,at present, the wastewater treatment process has not been able to deal with this kind of pollutant well,so it is a valuable research for the removal of antibiotics in water.Three dimensional graphene(3DG)and its modifier,as a kind of adsorbent with large surface area, stable properties and many functional groups, can be better applied to the adsorption of pollutants. In this research, the preparation of 3D graphene(3DG)and 3D graphene doped graphite phase carbon nitride(3DG/g-C3N4)were prepared, and the adsorption of levofloxacin(LEV)in water was studied with two substances as adsorbents. The materials were characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.UV spectrophotometer and HPLC were established to analyze and detect levofloxacin. The adsorption kinetics, adsorption isotherm,p H value and related factors were studied through adsorption test, and the adsorption effect and mechanism were explored. The experimental results show that two adsorbents,3DG/g-C3N4 and3DG/g-C3N4,have been successfully synthesized, and 3DG/g-C3N4 has a certain improvement on the adsorption of levofloxacin(LEV)compared with 3DG.The adsorption kinetics of 3DG and 3DG/g-C3N4 for LEV is in accordance with the quasi second order kinetics;the adsorption isotherm is in accordance with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model, and the maximum adsorption capacity of the two adsorbents is 94.66mg/g and 147.68 mg/g at 308 K,respectively;the higher or lower initial p H value is not conducive to the adsorption, and the maximum adsorption capacity is reached at p H value 6;the cyclic adsorption test verifies that the adsorption capacity of the two materials is 5 times in the cyclic adsorption The results show that the adsorption of levofloxacin(LEV)in water is effective.
