| Coal seam gas pressure monitoring is an important part of gas management in coal mines.At present,the capsule pressure viscous plugging device based on the concept of"solid sealed liquid and liquid sealed gas"has been widely used in gas pressure measurement.In this paper,combining with automatic control technology,an improvement has been made on the traditional capsule-mucus sealer,and a self-boosting capsule hole sealer based on oxygen candle is proposed.The sealing and pressure measurement process simplifies the operation process and improves the efficiency and accuracy of sealing and pressure measurement.The new type of capsule mucus sealer based on oxygen candle is mainly composed of an automatic control and pressure measurement module,a solid oxygen candle booster device,expansion capsules and a mucus storage device.First,the solid oxygen candle booster device was designed.The oxygen candle was used as the pressure source of the entire device.The oxygen candle was decomposed by means of electrical triggering,and then a large amount of high-pressure oxygen was generated to achieve automatic pressurization of the entire device.The mucus storage device is composed of a mucus device casing and an expansion liquid storage assembly.Blasting valves are provided at both ends of the casing.The expansion liquid storage assembly is filled with high-pressure mucus.When gas enters the mucus storage device and reaches a certain pressure,the blasting valves at both ends of the mucus storage device.It will automatically open and release mucus to achieve the purpose of sealing the hole;Using Siemens S7-200 PLC and VB6.0 to design the automatic control system of the new sealing and pressure measuring equipment,the remote control of the decomposition of the oxygen candle is realized by controlling the oxygen candle trigger device,and the expansion of the expansion capsule and the mucus storage device is realized by controlling the solenoid valve,The opening and closing of the pressure pipeline and the real-time data of the pressure sensor realize the automatic control of the device.The initial device was tested from the aspects of device operability and practicability,and the original ratio of boosting material was optimized.The results show that when the ratio of sodium chlorate,magnesium powder,cobalt tetroxide and kaolin is 88:6:5:1,the decomposition rate of the oxygen candle is stable,the temperature is lower,and a higher pressure can be generated in the reaction chamber.The functional relationship between the pressure and the mass of the pressure-increasing material and the volume of the reaction chamber is determined,and it is found that the three satisfy the functional relationship:P=0.02278mV-1.Finally,a simulated sealing experiment was carried out under simulated drilling conditions.According to the derived functional relationship,the pressure-increasing material requirements of the equipment in this paper under the general working conditions(capsule pressure 3MPa,mucus pressure 2MPa)were calculated.The simulated hole sealing experiment was carried out on demand,and the simulated gas with a pressure of 0.93 MPa was successfully blocked.There are 44 figures,24 tables and 80 references in the paper. |
