Hydraulic braking,as an important link in the safe operation of mine hoist,is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable shutdown of the hoist after its normal operation and failure.The constant deceleration brake hydraulic system is more and more widely used in the mine.Compared with the foreign constant deceleration brake system with good braking performance and high price,the safety and reliability of the domestic constant deceleration brake system still need to be improved.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and optimize the domestic constant deceleration hydraulic braking system and improve the stability and reliability of the braking system to ensure the safety of mine production.The core components of the existing constant deceleration braking system mainly include proportional relief valve and proportional direction valve.In this paper,aiming at the defects of the existing constant deceleration braking system,the constant deceleration hydraulic braking system under different core components is improved.Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle and technical defects of the typical constant deceleration hydraulic braking system,summarizes the failure mechanism of each safety braking subcircuit,and designs an optimization scheme to improve the reliability of the braking system according to the latest coal mine safety regulations.Secondly,the constant deceleration braking system is designed according to the optimal scheme.The failure defect of parallel redundancy is avoided by means of four-valve hybrid redundancy.Through the truncation design,the independent work between the safety braking circuits is realized.Through the safe oil return circuit design,the failure defect of the constant deceleration braking circuit with proportional direction valve as the core element is compensated.By designing the pressure reducing valve and the overflow valve to adjust the accumulator pressure,the oil pressure establishment time of main oil circuit is shortened effectively.Then each brake circuit is connected organically,and the constant deceleration hydraulic braking system with proportional relief valve and proportional direction valve as the core components is designed respectively,and the hardware and software of the safe braking control system is designed.Finally,the theoretical mathematical model of key components was established,the simulation model was built by AMEsim,comparison and analysis of different core components of the constant deceleration braking loop,old and new secondary braking circuit braking characteristics,is verified with proportional direction valve as the core element of constant deceleration braking circuit has better constant deceleration braking characteristics,design of the constant deceleration braking system can effectively avoid the original constant deceleration hydraulic braking system of technical defects,and the building up of PID regulator in MATLAB,optimize the constant deceleration braking characteristics.There are 62 pictures,11 tables and 82 references in this paper.
