Research On The Optimization Strtegy Of Clean Production Of Shaoxing A Company

Faced with the shortage of resources and the increasingly polluting environment,developed countries in Europe and the United States are not correct in reflecting on the road of “first pollution,then governance” in their economic development.They recognize that if they do not change the resources and energy consumption and the destruction of the environment.To promote the mode of economic development,we cannot fundamentally solve the problems of economic development and environmental protection.Only by starting from the source and carrying out the whole process management of enterprises can we achieve a circular economy.Based on this,clean production came into being.With the continuous development of China's economy,the reform and opening up has achieved remarkable results for more than 30 years.At the same time of economic development,the party and the government began to realize the importance of environmental protection,and environmental protection has become more and more popular.Concerns,since the implementation of the Cleaner Production Promotion Law in 2002,the resource utilization rate has been continuously improved,the source has been controlled and the generation of pollutants has been reduced,and the sustainable development of the economy has been continuously realized.In the industrial sector,although cleaner production has achieved some results,overall,the promotion and implementation of cleaner production is still in its infancy.In the process of the author's investigation,it is found that Shaoxing A Company,for example,there are still some problems in the clean production of electroplating industry enterprises: First,the unit energy consumption is higher;second,the equipment and technology are relatively backward.The cause of these problems is weak awareness of clean production management and insufficient investment.In response to these problems,this paper proposes the optimization measures for A company to achieve clean production from four levels: First,the key point design of the enterprise based on the clean production evaluation index system of the electroplating industry,including improving resource utilization and pollutant recycling,process equipment and technology.The second is the management support system for clean production,including the basic framework of the clean production management system,the establishment of a clean production management system;the third is the re-engineering of clean production processes,including the planning and organization of the clean production management system,with cleaning The concept of production optimizes production and research and development,and optimizes marketing activities with the concept of cleaner production.Fourth,the safeguard measures for clean production of Company A.Based on the research methods of literature analysis and case investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shaoxing A company's clean production from the perspective of enterprise management.Take Shaoxing Company A as an example,trying to clean through company A.The problems faced by production,analysis of the common problems of clean production in the entire electroplating industry,and proposed optimization measures.This study hopes that through the research on the clean production of Shaoxing A company,it can provide reference for other areas and other enterprises to carry out clean production.To a certain extent,the implementation of cleaner production is in line with the requirements of social development,but also in line with the interests of enterprises,can promote the upgrading and development of various industries,and achieve sustainable development.
