In recent years, with the accelerated development of industrialization, the problem of heavy metal pollution has become more and more serious. However, most methods of detecting heavy metal ions still rely on large analytical instruments for present, and there are tough problems such as long detection time and high cost. Therefore, researchers are committed to developing a simple, convenient and inexpensive detection method.Among them, the fluorescence detection method is particularly concerned due to its rapid detection, high sensitivity, and real-time detection. In this paper, the preparation and properties of noble metal nanoclustered fluorescent composites are discussed. The main work is as follows:In this study,we prepared the the red fluorescent gold nanocluster(Au NCs)using the glutathione(GSH)as template and stabilizer by reduction. And based on the mechanism of aggregation-induced emission enhancement, the GSH-Au NCs space is confined to the pores of mesoporous silica(PSPs)to obtain nanoclustered fluorescent composites(GSH-Au NCs/PSPs)with significantly improved fluorescence intensity. This material is simple to prepare, has strong red fluorescent properties, and can be detected quickly and sensitively on copper ions, witha detection limit of up to 1 ppb,far below than the maximum drinking water concentration(1.3 ppm)required by the US Environmental Protection Agency.on the other hand,GSH-Au NCs/PSPs also have good biocompatibility and low toxicity, which allows GSH-Au NCs/PSPs as fluorescent probes to detect copper ions in environments and biological systems. In addition,in order to further reduce the detection cost and enhance the fluorescence performance, copper element was introduced into the noble metal nanocluster system to prepare D-Penicillamine stable copper-gold bimetallic nanocluster(DPA-AuCu NCs),and then applied it to the membrane system to prepare Copper-gold bimetal nanoclustered chitosan film(DPA-AuCu NCs@CS).The results show that the prepared materials are not only excellent fluorescence properties and stability, but also sensitive detection of Cr(?).
