| Among the primary energy sources produced and consumed in China.The dominant position of coal in China’s energy structure will not change in the coming decades.Raw coal is easily mixed with various mineral impurities in its original formation process,and various rocks and other impurities are inevitably mixed during mining and transportation.Coal gangue is a solid waste with low carbon content and high ash content in the process of coal mining and processing.With the improvement of coal mining mechanization,the gangue content in coal increases.The separation of coal gangue has become an important link in coal mine production.Coal preparation,as a pretreatment technology of combustion,is the premise of optimum utilization of coal.In this paper,the coal preparation system of the Coal Mining Enterprise is taken as the research object.Through field investigation,theoretical analysis,industrial test and field application,based on the current research status of dry coal preparation technology,taking intelligent mechanization,simplifying process flow,improving separation efficiency,reducing energy consumption and saving water resources as the starting point.Beginning with the identification system,execution system and optimization design of separation process,the integrative intelligent dry coal preparation technology with high gangue content is comprehensively studied.It is put forward that the physical properties of coal and gangue are different in nature.After recognition by dual-energy X-ray,the coal and gangue can be sorted accurately by fast actuator.Under dual-energy X-ray irradiation,the imaging difference of coal and gangue is formed because of the different absorption of radiation.The system identifies coal and gangue according to the imaging difference and sends the signal to the execution system.The horizontal pneumatic jet arrays of the execution system eject high-pressure air,strike coal or gangue,and separate it from the original trajectory to the distal chute,while the unbeaten gangue or coal falls into the proximal chute along the original trajectory,thus realizing the efficient and accurate separation of coal and gangue.An integrated intelligent dry coal preparation system has been developed,and conducted industrial tests in the Coal Mining Enterprise During the experiment,the performance matching of each process link and the debugging of the influence of particle size range on separation accuracy were optimized.With the integrated intelligent dry coal preparation technology,the processing cost can be saved by 2.145 million yuan per year.The system realizes closed operation,reduces dust and improves the working environment of workers,and reduces the probability of workers suffering from occupational diseases.Through intelligent dry coal preparation,workers can only check the products manually,and the labor intensity is reduced;the number of workers is greatly reduced,and the difficulty of safety management is greatly reduced. |
