With the rapid development of world economy,oil resources are increasingly depleted and the problem of global environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,the research on clean and efficient utilization of new energy sources such as coal tar,biomass oil,oil sand and oil shale is of great significance.However,these new energy components are more complex.For example,coal tar contains a large number of unsaturated aromatics,high content of phenols and sulfur-containing nitrogen compounds,which will affect the further processing and utilization of coal tar.Ni based catalysts show high hydrodeoxidation activity and high stability,which can be used for hydrodeoxidation of coal tar and realize clean and efficient utilization of coal tar.In this paper,a series of supported NiLa/CNTs catalysts were prepared by the equal volume impregnation method,and characterized by BET,XRD and XPS.Naphthalene is used as hydrogenation model and m-cresol as deoxidation model.The effects of catalyst and reaction conditions on naphthalene hydrosaturation and m-cresol hydrodeoxygenation were investigated.It was found that NiLa/CNTs catalyst has the highest activity when the metal ratio of NiLa was 8:1,and the hydrogenation activity was the highest when the loading amount was10%.The highest conversion rate of naphthalene was 95.18%on 10wt%NiLa/CNTs catalyst?Ni:La=8:1?,and the selectivity of tetrahydronaphthalene was 99.15%when the reaction temperature was 340?,pressure was 4.9MPa,gas-liquid ratio was 500?V/V?,and space velocity was 0.083h-1.The hydrogenation activity of tetralin over 10wt%NiLa/CNTs Catalyst?Ni:La=8:1?was very low,and the conversion was only 7.09%.When the reaction temperature was 340?,pressure was 4.9MPa,gas-liquid ratio was 500?V/V?,and space velocity was 0.083h-1,the highest conversion of m-cresol was 95.19%on 10wt%NiLa/CNTs Catalyst?Ni:La=8:1?,and the selectivity of methylcyclohexane was 75.18%.There were two deoxidization paths of m-cresol on 10wt%NiLa/CNTs Catalyst?Ni:La=8:1?.Both thiophene and quinoline can affect the conversion of naphthalene and m-cresol on10wt%NiLa/CNTs Catalyst?Ni:La=8:1?.The conversion of naphthalene and m-cresol increased after the reaction liquid was replaced,and the catalyst had good sulfur and nitrogen resistance.
