| This paper presents a systematic process design and quality evaluation for the painting process of the tricycle carriage in jiangsu zongshen automobile co.LTD.According to various national standards and testing methods,the application schemes of electrophoretic water-based primer and water-based paint were studied.The process route of waste gas treatment during coating drying and the modification scheme of low nitrogen emission from gas boiler are discussed and developed.The results of the study on the technology of aqueous paint primer showed that the film thickness increased with the increase of the electrophoresis voltage,electrophoresis time,solid content and the temperature of the paint.When the electrophoresis voltage was controlled at 250 V,the electrophoresis time was2.5-3.0min,the solid content was 10-12%,and the paint temperature was 28±2℃,the film thickness was satisfied.The decrease of pH value is beneficial to increase the film thickness and improve the appearance quality of the coating film,but when the pH value is too low,the film regurgitation increases,the film thickness decreases,and the pH value is controlled between 5.5 and 6.0.Under the premise of ensuring that other properties of the film meet the requirements,the baking time at 30 min has a high gloss,and the baking temperature at 150℃,the film performance is good.The research results show that:when the substrate temperature is ≥10℃,the ambient temperature is ≥10℃,and the ambient humidity is within 50-90% range,a flat and smooth coating can be obtained.The good appearance of the film was obtained when the flash drying time was 5min and the flash drying temperature was 80℃.In the production process of low-vocs water-based coating,when activated carbon adsorption is adopted,the exhaust gas emission of the finish coat is 22.17mg/m3,and the exhaust gas emission of the drying is 3.95mg/m3.When no activated carbon adsorption is adopted,the exhaust gas emission of the finish coat is 29.09mg/m3 and the exhaust gas emission of the drying is 4.65mg/m3,which are far below the emission limit standard.The exhaust gas emission of the finish coat is 90.77%,and the exhaust gas emission of the drying is 27.12%.Through the study of the waste gas produced by coating drying,NOx emission data monitoring and treatment route of the pollution source of gas boiler,it is shown that the waste gas produced by drying can be treated by the regenerative incinerator,and the VOCs emission concentration and emission rate can reach thelocal standards.Low nitrogen burner is used to reduce NOx concentration of boiler combustion,NOx emission concentration ≤30mg/ m3,meeting local standards.The paper has 20 pictures,34 tables and 97 references. |
