Filtration material filtration technology is widely used in oilfield wastewater treatment.Due to the drawbacks of traditional filter materials such as backwashing,increased energy waste and blockage of backwash pipelines,the research on new plant cellulose filter media has attracted widespread attention.Based on the experimental results of the laboratory's original mini-cups,this paper designed and constructed a plant cellulose filtration experimental device,discussed the treatment technology of common crops wheat straw,explored the filtration effect of different sizes of wheat straw filter material,and aimed at the wheat straw powder dust and space.Occupying the problem,in-depth research on the filtering effect of different forms of filter media is of great significance to the improvement of plant cellulose oilfield sewage filtration technology and the research and development of backwash-free filter media.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:The plant cellulose filtration experimental device was designed and constructed by itself.The device mainly includes a sewage filtration system and a filter material filtration effect evaluation system.Taking wheat straw as the research object,using oil removal efficiency and pressure loss as evaluation indicators,the ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to test the change of the oil content of the filtered sewage,and the pressure drop of the measured device was used to find the best filter condition for the straw as the filter material..An experimental study was conducted on the adsorption and oil retention of silty wheat straw.The packing density of the filter media,the particle size of the filter media and the filling height of the filter media all have an impact on the oil retention capacity of the wheat straw.In the experimental range,when the filter media has a filling density of 170 kg/m~3,the deoiling effect is significant.Considering the effects of oil removal and pressure loss,the effect of oil removal when the filter packing density is 170 kg/m~3 is the best;the filter particle size with the best filtering effect and the comprehensive filtering effect of the filter material with 0.6 mm-0.8 mm particle size are best.There is an optimal filter filling height which makes the filtration time short and the filtering effect good.The experimental results show that the optimal filter filling height is 500 mm.In addition,the study found that under different experimental conditions,the pressure loss increases exponentially with time,the amount of pollutants increases linearly,and the export oil concentration stabilizes first and then increases.The filtering effect of the forming filter media for different forming methods was studied.The experimental results show that because the fiber structure of the shrinkage forming filter media is crushed and the filtering effect is inferior to the silty filter media,the filtering effect of the clay-bonded filter media is comparable to that of the silt filter media,and the adhesiveness of the water-slurry paper adhesive is The filtering effect of the filter material is best.The changing trend of the oil content,the amount of pollutants,and the pressure loss at the outlet of the formed filter media is similar to that of the silt filter media.
