The mesoporous nanomateiral has a large specific surface area,and it's pore size can be also adjusted as required.It is therefore plays an important role in the fields like adsorption,degradation,energy storage,and biological sensors.Currently,the research of mesporous materials are mainly focused on the development and utilization of it with ordered pore structure and narrow pore size distribution.In this paper,two different mesoporous materials were prepared through hydrothermal synthesis:an anatase mesoporous single crystal titanium dioxide with a high activity?001?crystal face,and a mesoporous SiO2 composite photosensitizer,and they were used for the glucose detection and photodynamic therapy of tumors treating in vivo.In the absence of HF,the preparation of anatase TiO2 nanoplates with a porous surface and a?001?crystal surface was accomplished by hydrothermal synthesis.SiO2 beads were used as a template,TiF4 was used as a Ti source,and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate was used as a morphological control agent,the final synthesized TiO2 with a high activity?001?crystal face is about 1000 nm in size.It is then applied by a drop coating method.Titanium dioxide was fixated on a glassy carbon electrode to prepare a modified electrode for the detection of glucose concentration.At the same time,the effects of doping of nitrogen element on the morphology and?001?crystal surface exposure of the product were discussed.On this basis,the effect of N element on the electrical signal of the titania-modified electrode was discussed and the optimal doping amount was determined.During the synthesis of mesoporous SiO2 composite nanocrystals,the UCNPs core was first prepared and the surface of the particles coated with mesoporous silica provided a sorption site for the photosensitizer,and amino groups were introduced on the surface of the silica.The hyaluronic acid is covalently bound to the surface of the particle by interaction with the hyaluronan carboxyl group.The 1000 Kd of hyaluronic acid interacts strongly with the CD44receptor on the surface of cancer cells,which can provide a targeting effect for up-conversion photosensitizers.The complex photosensitizer is immobilized to the tumor cells and near-infrared at the tumor cells,and consequently the light irradiation achieves the purpose of tumor killing.HCT116 tumor model was established in nude mice,and up-conversion photosensitizer dispersed in PBS was injected into mouse tumor model by tail vein injection.After treatment with the control group,the up-conversion nanocrystals were used as tumor cells treatment,and its results showed that it has played a very good inhibitory effect on the growth of tumor.
