This paper mainly studies to improve the drilling speed and shorten the drilling cycle.During the research process,drilling technology is also used as the starting point for the increasing speed of the drilling technology,driving BHA optimization design,drilling parameters optimization,forming high speed technology series mainly based on the bit technology.Forming the drill use technical specification or recommendation practice,comprehensively studying the speed raising matching technology measures,combining the management to increase the speed to make the efficient rapid development of the complex deep wells before Kuqa Piedmont come true.Through detailed analysis of the scene situation in prophase,we confirm the following contents:(1)Current situation of the application technology of gravel layer bit in this block;(2)Investigation and research on the rock drillability and the drill technology progress;(3)Experimental evaluation study on the composite sheet materials;(4)Research on personalized bit design technology;(5)Research on the site usage and supporting tools technology of the drill bits.Data was collected from geological lithology rock mechanics logging drilling engineering drilling engineering and drill bits etc.Based on the geologic lithology description,rock mechanics and well logging data and so on,the stratigraphic characteristics of the target block are summarized,and the usage characteristics of the drill bit and the existing problems in this block are summarized through the statistics of the bit usage;Investigation on the technological progress of the rock crusher mechanism is carried out.Research on the drill technology progress of the main drill manufacturers abroad is carried out.Investigations on the diamond composite material manufacturers and technical characteristics are carried out.Researches on the application technology of BHA and drill bits are investigated and the rock mechanics software is used to calculate rock characteristic parameters of the gravel layer in block.Optimization selection of composite sheet materials manufacturers and models was conducted to evaluate the wear resistance,impact resistance and high temperature stability of the composite films.According to the scene situation,analyze the drill bit design requirement and the characteristics,aiming at this block situation,individual design of drill bits used in gravel layer is carried out(Including the number of blades,the shape of the crown,the angle of the tooth cloth,the length and the way of retaining the diameter,the hydraulic performance,etc.);This paper analyzes the BHA and drilling parameters of the block and researches on recommended BHA and drilling parameters matching drill bits and makes the field tests on the designed bits.The results show that laboratory tests include the material analysis test and the functional testing.Materials analysis can be carried out through XRD,Raman and C-Scan methods to determine sintering quality.Functional tests measure the performance of the composite tablets from wear resistance,thermal stability,impact resistance etc.Different testing schemes and evaluation results are selected according to different strata applications.Through analyzing the drill failure analysis of upper gravel layer innovative compound plate laboratory test selection and customized cobalt removal scheme and different design aiming at high gravel layer and low gravel layer are designed.Two kinds of design of upper gravel layer bits designed with different designs are obtained.Through field tests of Mitsui and 5 bits,it proves that two kinds of the bits are higher than imported bits at same time,and the design targets can be realized.
