Research And Application Of Composite Plugging,profile Control And Flooding Technology In High-salinity Heavy Oil Reservoirs

ERO of chemical displacing oil in high-salinity heavy oil reservoir has a lot of problems,such as high requirements for chemical agents,improved recovery technology is difficult,high cost,deficiency in economic performance.The North Buzatch oil field in Kazakhstan is a common high salinity heavy oil reservoir with serious reservoir heterogeneity.Using waterflooding development,the serious reservoir heterogeneity and high water flow ratio lead to water cut rises quickly,water injection low and non-effective circulation,low profile,low production and so on.According to the characteristics of the reservoir,the project intends to suppress the water channeling through plugging a large hole formed in the oil reservoir,to improve profile through dealing deep profile control in high-permeability reservoir,to improve the viscosity of injected fluid by increasing mobility ratio,gradually solve the problems in reservoir development.Attain our goal on the purpose of improving the production of well group and finally improving recovery of reservoir,to achieve economic efficiency and improve the harmonization of recovery technology.Thesis makes a new research,it has the formula of plugging,profile control and displacing oil.Studying plugging mechanism of particulate water plugging agents and gelling behavior of polymer gel system,percolation mechanism,the performance of profile control.Thesis puts forward the combination of formula that fitting for the oilfield.On this basis we set out injection allocation technology and tracking system.Combined with the research of formula and injection well profile,the results of tracer testing.Designed plugging,profile control and displacing oil of injection wells in the North Buzatch oil field,testing field,making six testing injection wells,totally increasing oil 5.0×10~4 t,the effect of the project is well.
