With the improvement of people's life,the bread has been favorite for everyone.But bread machine belongs to western electric appliance,the Chinese market of domestic bread market penetration rate is only 5%,and the same is Soybean Milk machine of small kitchen appliances,nearly 90% of the market penetration rate compared to the huge gap.However,the bread machine is an essential electrical appliances in western countries,the domestic enterprises to manufacture the bread machine focused on the business market is exported,the export business accounted for the overall capacity of 70%-80%,the bread machine domestic market potential is huge.On currently market there are many kinds of bread machine products,but those products have little function,and can only make bread for food and unable to meet the needs of diversity.Some company developed steamed buns-bread machine which can make steamed buns and bread,but most of them have double barrel structures,including steamed buns barrel and baked bread barrel.Each barrel is separately used for steamed buns only or baked bread alone.Those products have complex structures,high production costs,install and remove troubles and bad sealing.In view of the shortcomings of the above mentioned products,a new type of bread and steamed buns machine is designed.The double steaming and roasting barrel is designed to realize the integration of steamed buns and bread.First,the paper investigates the current situation and shortcomings of the existing products,and then gives the overall design scheme of bread and steamed buns machine.The transmission mechanism of this machine is calculated with the mechanical design,automatic control program is developed,and finally the industrial design elements is studied for industrial design to improve value-added products and brand effect.
