Shandong Qingyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co.,Ltd.?hereinafter referred to as:QY company?currently operates 10 thousand tons/day petrochemical wastewater treatment plant.This project took this plant as the research object,and carries out optimization of the operation process conditions.The core of sewage treatment process was biochemical treatment,and microbial inoculum was the key to determine the effect of biochemical treatment.To improve the sewage treatment effect,starting with processing methods and parameters,the paper optimized the sewage treatment process and improved the processing efficiency of each section;on the other hand,begining to the microbial activity and special treatment,the paper improved microbial activity and tolerance,enhanced anti impact ability of sewage treatment system.The research was carried out from the three stages.First,the study of the optimum dosing ratio and dosage of pretreatmentthe was developed,the pretreatment effect of effluen was improved,which paved the way for subsequent biochemical treatment.Second,the study of water nutrient ratio,that is,the best BDO5:TN proportion was carried out,the body's own nutrition was balanced,which created advantage conditions for microbial biochemical treatment.In the third stages.the study of screening of the microbial inoculants was also carried out,special microbial nitrification bacteria was screened,which storaged high efficiency microbial agents for sewage treatment and biochemical recovery system.Through the research,pretreatment effect is the best when PAC dosage is 90g/m3and PAM dosage is 3g/m3in 10,000t/d petrochemical wastewater treatment plant.When BOD5:TN?3,Nitrogen index dropped below 10mg/L,the removal rate showed a significant downward trend;screening efficient nitrifying bacteria agents,the tolerance of ammonia nitrogen was up to 3800-4000mg/L.After the implementation of the plan,the total nitrogen index of effluent of petrochemical plant is stable below 10mg/L,COD?300mg/L,and after the impact of biochemical systemthe,the recovery is shortened to less than 3 days.
