| As a popular fabric care product,laundry anti-string dye towels have attracted more and more attention because they have the function of preventing color dyeing of washing fabrics and saving water and electricity.In the washing industry,due to the diversity of functions required by detergents used in the laundry process,many products have been introduced,such as softeners and fragrances used after washing fabrics.In terms of fabric color care when washing fabrics,most businesses have introduced detergents that contain color-protecting functional ingredients,and the effect of these products is not significant.Existing problems include: the amount of added color-protecting agent is less,the effect of preventing cross-staining is not obvious,or the effect of color-protecting components is strong,which affects the detergency performance of the main active anionic surfactant in the detergent,these problems will limit such products Applications.This article analyzes the composition of laundry anti-string dye towels.The materials of carrier non-woven fabrics in laundry anti-string dye towels are compared and selected for cationization treatment;and the color retaining agent commonly used in the washing industry is loaded to enhance its color absorption effect.The orthogonal experiment method was used to investigate the influence of different factors on the color absorption capacity of laundry anti-string dye towels.The process parameters and the proportion of raw materials were appropriately adjusted to further optimize the color absorption effect of laundry anti-string dye towels.For the selection of non-woven fabric raw materials in laundry anti-string dye towels,we have carried out a comparison of color difference experiments,which can be used as a reference for the proportion of raw fiber.Combined with its functional characteristics as the washing material in the washing process,a mesh spunlace cloth was selected as the carrier of laundry anti-string dye towels.For the color protection agents used in the washing industry,we compare the effect of preventing cross-staining,and examine the stability of the anti-staining performance in actual washing.The soak method was used to load the color protection agent onto the spunlace cloth to obtain laundry anti-string dye towels.Through orthogonal experiments,we can initially obtain the main factors that affect the color absorption performance of laundry anti-string dye towels.In the actual process,the selection of the raw material ratio can provide a direction for the development and optimization of subsequent products. |
