Solar energy,as an inexhaustible clean energy,has wide application prospects.It is a common way to use solar energy by photovoltaic technology.Perovskite solar cell is the most promising,and perovskite film directly determines the performance of perovskite solar cells.The first work focuses on the preparation of organic-inorganic Perovskite?FAPbI3?0.85?MAPbBr3?0.15.15 films with high crystallinity and large grain size by using methylamine chloride?MACl?as assistant solvent engineering method.The effect of MACl on the crystallization process of perovskite was studied by optimizing the amount of MACl.The results showed that0.15 molar ratio of MACl was the best amount.The second work aimed at systematically evaluating the stability of all-inorganic perovskite CsPbI2Br at different humidity.And pointed out that Li-TISF doped in Spiro-OMeTAD leads to the device moisture instability.In the third work,a two-dimensional perovskite structure was formed by spinning a layer of ethylamine iodine,propylamine iodine and butylamine iodine on the surface of CsPbI2Br films.we found 2 mg/ml butylamine iodine treatment could improve the stability of perovskite phase without reducing the performance of the cells.In this paper,starting from the two directions of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite and all inorganic perovskite,aimed at improvement of the preparation process and the stability of the film,which contributed to the development of perovskite solar cells.
