| Enterprise safety in production is a serious problem that our country has been facing,Our country also introduced a lot of national laws and regulations,industry standards,requires the enterprises to strengthen the importance of safety work,improve the enterprise’s safety product conditions to reduce the probability of accident,the purpose of risk classification is to make risk precontrol,to strengthen the control of risk,which requires the enterprise managers not only grasp the enterpris’ s safety situation,but also make a judgment on the development trend of enterprise risk level on the basis of the current situation of enterprise security Achieving risk control in advance,the risk will be eliminated in the bud.Based on the existing literatures,most scholars focus on the safety status of enterprises,but there are few studies on the risk development trend of enterprises,and there is no relatively mature enterprise safety product system risk classification index system and evaluation model.Therefore,introducing the development trend of enterprise risk into enterprise security risk classification has certain reference value for enterprise security management.The main research contents of this paper include the following four aspects:(1)Introduced the concept of the theories involved in the classification method,chose entropy theory and dissipative structure theory for theoretical exploration.Through theoretical exploration analyzed the forming conditions of dissipative structure and the dissipative mechanism of enterprise safety product system,It is concluded that enterprise safety product system meet all conditions for the formation of dissipative structure,Based on the theory of dissipative structure,the process of accident development is analyzed from the perspective of entropy,take it as the grading basis of risk development trend.(2)From the entropy flow inside of the system and the entropy flow outside of the system two aspects,summarized the risk influencing factors of enterprise safety product system,forty-three influencing factors were preliminarily summarized.Combined screening method was used to screen the influencing factors,determined the risk classification indexes that affects the enterprise safety production system,An enterprise safety product system risk grading index system is constructed,which includes 2first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators and 15 third-level indicators.(3)Based on information entropy theory and dissipative structure theory,the risk classification model of enterprise safety product system is established,It is mainly divided into two aspects,Fuzzy mathematical probability distribution function and entropy weight method are used to calculate the indexes risk membership and indexes weight to build the enterprise safety product system safety entropy model,the safety entropy of safety product system is used to describe the current security situation of enterprises.Based on the dissipative structure theory,obtained the external entropy change and internal entropy change of enterprise safety product system,Finally,the entropy change model of enterprise safety product system is obtained.The entropy change of safety product system is used to describe the risk development trend of enterprises.From the system current security status classifying and risk development trend classifying two aspects,Get the comprehensive classification of enterprise safety product system.(4)The risk classification model makes empirical argument on a representative enterprise.Through comparative analysis,this risk classification model can grade enterprise security risk more comprehensively and systematically,provide reference for enterprise safety manager’s decision. |
