A three-piece food can is a container that be composed of lid?can body and the bottom.It is also called tinplate three-piece canister because of its basic material-tinplate.Here are some typical examples:the red bull,“Ba Bao” rice porridge,wong lo kat,paint bucket and so on.The three-piece can combination machine is the mechanical equipment for manufacturing three-piece cans and containers.It is a food packaging machine that assemble can body?the bottom and lid.It took nearly two centuries to achieve the goal from the beginning to worldwide using.In recent years,with the leap-forward development of Chinese industrial technology and the improvement of consumer demand,the usage amount of three-piece can has been increasing year by year.Therefore,the technical requirements and production capacity requirements of three-piece can combination machine are also constantly increasing.However,from the situation of the existing final products in the circulation of the Chinese market,the three-piece can combination machine still has problems such as low automation,poor safety performance,and poor linkage with welding machines,leak detectors,and transportation equipment,etc.,resulting in finished equipment problems.It takes a lot of manual work supervision and is dangerous.Which not only increase the enterprise operating costs,but also not conducive to the domestic competition of products.At the same time,under the impact and influence of the world market,the three-piece can combination machine produced in China should not only consider the fierce competition in the domestic market,but also compete with the equipment produced by other countries,especially Europe and America.Therefore,the technical optimization of three-piece can combination machine is imperative.In this context,this thesis studies the key technology optimization of the automatic system of three-piece canister combination machine.The first chapter introduces the necessity and importance of the key technology optimization of the automatic system of three-piece canister combination machine.Then compare the current situation at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes the problems related to the automation technology upgrade of the three-piece canister combination machine in China.This thesis expounds the technical improvement direction of the three-piece can combination machine automation system studied,including card detection and lower cover detection,automatic tank height adjustment detection,inlet and outlet can detection,automatic cover detection,etc.This thesis clarifies the main work content of the thesis.The second chapter mainly introduces the optimization and improvement of the three-piece can combination machine.First of all,this thesis introduces the optimization of the already mature card detection system,the coverless detection system and the lower cover system,so that the failure rate is lower,the scrap rate is lower,and the production efficiency is higher.At the same time,a new design has been carried out for the inlet and outlet detection system and the automatic delivery system that have been widely used abroad,so that the production line does not require human intervention at all.As a result,fully automatic control of all moving parts,effectively improving equipment safety.In addition,we can see that the automatic tank height adjustment system is also a brand-new system,which meets the current production requirements.Its design and development will greatly shorten and reduce the time and energyspent on tank height adjustment.The third chapter mainly expounds the optimization process of the key technology of the three-piece can combination machine automation system.This thesis introduces in detail the new design and optimization process of eight parts,including electric hardware design,jam detection system,uncovered detection system,automatic lower cover detection system,automatic tank height regulation system,in and out tank detection system,automatic lid feeding system and user management.The fourth chapter describes in detail the commissioning operation of each part of the three-piece tank,and corrects and optimizes the errors that occurred in the actual production process and the conditions that were not considered in the design.This article focuses on the new design and adjustment of the on-site automatic tank high regulation system.At the same time,the evaluation results of the optimized system and equipment operation show that the optimization method designed in this thesis is feasible and achieves the expected goal.The electrical automation system of the project line has been certified by CE and has successfully exported to the European Union.The fifth chapter summarizes the full text of the work,and on the basis of the results obtained at present,the shortcomings of the research work are discussed,and the future direction of further in-depth study is prospected.
