With the increasing demand for injection products in modern society,the injection machine is developing towards the direction of high precision and high response.As a result,the electrical and mechanical structure become more and more complex and the maintenance cycle is becoming longer and longer.The injection machine is usually running all-weather.Once the machine breaks down,it will seriously affect the production efficiency and bring loss to the factory.At present,the traditional fault diagnosis and maintenance mode is limited by manpower,technology and region,so it is difficult to guarantee the stable operation and timely maintenance of the injection machine.In order to solve the defects of the traditional maintenance of the injection machine,this paper designs and develops an intelligent system,which can maintain the faulty injection machine in time through remote monitoring.Usually most common faults of the injection machine can be monitored and analyzed by the key power unit of the injection machine-inverter.In this paper,a remote debugging and monitoring system is designed and developed for the inverter.Firstly,in order to acquire the ability of network of the inverter,a WIFI operator is designed and developed with using the STM32F107 RB as its main control chip and USR-C322 as its network module.To achieve the WIFI operator,a lot of work has been done including the design of the serial port protocol for communication with the inverter,the design of the hardware of the operator and the software based on the uC/OS-II.Secondly,a mobile application is developed which is mainly responsible for the packaging and unpacking of the inverter data.When the WIFI operator is connected to the mobile phone hotspot,it transmits the data by using the GPRS.Then Ali Cloud is selected as the cloud server,which realizes device matching,data transmission and many other functions by designing the remote communication protocol and using the Apache Mina Server framework.Finally,a monitoring software is developed under Embarcadero RAD Studio development environment.It achieves functions such as fault query,parameter comparison and real-time curve capture.The system designed in this paper has been put into use and running stably in the actual maintenance of the injection machine.By remote monitoring and debugging of the inverter of the fault injection machine,the problem of the injection machine is solved effectively,and the cost of maintenance is reduced.At the same time,the injection machine maintenance efficiency is greatly improved and equipment down time is reduced a lot so that it improves the production efficiency.It is helpful both to the injection machine manufacturers or corporate customers.
