Many parts cannot be directly put into use after being processed and shaped,and theymust be surface-treated to meet the normal use requirements.At present,the use of complex structural parts is increasingly widespread.In particular,the advent of additive manufacturing technology has promoted the development and growth of complex structural parts.Because of the characteristics of the additive manufacturing technology,the additive manufacturing parts have adverse effects such as stepping,spheroidization,and powder bonding after completed.The surface quality of its parts is relatively poor,so it is necessary to carry out subsequent polishing work.In this paper,the polishing effect of abrasive flow processing is studied for additive manufacturing grids and vortexers,and the polishing characteristics of abrasive flow processing are analyzed on group holes and curved runner parts.The polishing principle and characteristics are described for abrasive flow machining technology.This paper analyzes the composition and preparation of abrasive media for abrasive flow machining and the influence of abrasive properties on abrasive flow machining.In addition,it expounds the design of special fixture for grain flow machining,the design points of flow control and sealing of the fixture.A special fixture for abrasive flow was designed to manufacture titanium alloy grid parts made by additive manufacturing.This paper analyzes the reason of "crescent shaped" polishing phenomenon in the process of abrasive flow machining on inclined hole of grid,and puts forward the solution.It is found that the change law of the surface quality of the parts in abrasive flow machining is that the surface quality of the parts deteriorates first and then improves gradually.The reason is that there will be defect layer on the surface of titanium alloy parts manufactured by additive manufacturing.The abrasive flow processing technology was determined for swirler made by additive manufacturing.The experimental study of the abrasive flow processing of the swirler was carried out,and the cleaning method after the swirler of abrasive flow processing was proposed.The experimental results show that the abrasive flow processing has a good polishing effect on the swirler made by additive manufacturing,and it can successfully achieve the protection of the end edge of the venturi to avoid "fillet".The influence law of abrasive flow machining on flow area of swirler was studied through experiments,and therelevant verification and analysis were carried out,which provided the basis for realizing the ideal flow area of eddy current machining.
