The integration of deep coal mining,dressing and filling can realize the mining with less gangue and no gangue,which is an important direction of the development of green mining technology.Along the empty left lane,as a kind of important technology without coal pillar mining,roadway drivage in reducing the rate of optimization of mining ventilation mode has a prominent advantage technology for deep coal seam in selecting filling+along the combination of mining and filling along the empty left lane technology advantage,while improve the recovery rate of coal resources provides a technical support along goaf roadway surrounding rock stability,which can realize the mine green,safe and efficient mining.Based on the integrated production system of mining,selecting,filling and retaining roadway in xinjuilong coal mine as the engineering background,the paper analyzes the stability characteristics of surrounding rocks along the retaining roadway in deep well filling mining and establishes the subsidence mechanics calculation model of the roof of the retaining roadway along the filling mining on the basis of literature retrieval and field investigation.FLAC~3DD was used to study the bearing characteristics and roof subsidence rules of the working face along the roadway with different filling rates,and the stress distribution and deformation rules of surrounding rocks along the roadway were analyzed.The fitting relation between roadway surrounding rock deformation and main influencing factors is obtained by using orthogonal experiment method and the prediction formula of roadway surrounding rock deformation is obtained by using SPSS software.On this basis,the expert system of constructing deep coal seam filling mining along the roadway remains is established and the following research results are obtained:(1)Basic roof and along goaf roadway surrounding rock and formation of waste rock filling body structure is to ensure that the empty roadway structure losing stability of large structure,the basic supporting and lane in the pack lane on strengthening support is to guarantee the stability of surrounding rock of roadway within the small structure of the bearing capacity of the filling body of roof deformation law,influence over ChongShiLv improve,pack together with the coal wall support makes the upper goaf roof subsidence decreases,and the old roof rotary space is reduced,effectively guarantee the stability of the large structure along the empty left lane roadway support system for surrounding rock along the empty left lane beside small structure The influence is mainly reflected in the local support of the direct roof of the roadway,which reduces the direct roof separation of the roadway.(2)Based on the technical characteristics of filling and mining,the control principle of surrounding rock in filling and mining is put forward,and the basic support scheme and the support scheme are designed according to the engineering production conditions in different service periods.The bolting net and anchor cable are used as the basic support in the roadway,and the single pillar baffle is used as the reinforcing support and the rammed cement body is used as the combined support body in the roadway side during the stage of retaining the roadway.(3)By using the method of orthogonal experiment,the influence law of the strength and working face length of the roadway supporting body on the stability of surrounding rock is analyzed.The multivariate linear regression analysis of surrounding rock deformation along the roadway in deep coal seam filling mining is carried out by using SPSS software.Through the analysis of the cost structure of filling mining,the benefit calculation formula is obtained.(4)An expert system for deep coal seam mining,selection,filling and retention was established and application software was developed.The reliability of the software was verified through the 1302N-2#upper leveling roadway engineering case.The expert system software was used to evaluate the flat roadway on the working surface of 1303N-1#during the staying roadway,the maximum approaching distance between roof and floor was 505.07 mm,the maximum approaching distance between the two groups was 430.54 mm,and the economic benefit of staying roadway was32619 yuan/m.There are 38 figures,13 tables and 87 references in this paper.
