Design Research On The Machine Of Red Jujubes Cored In Groups And Sliced Equally In Rows

In today's era,people's living standards are constantly improving at the same time there is a great increase in awareness of health care,food cures better than medicine concept has been gradually accepted by people,red jujube is the best health products.Therefore,the rational development and utilization of resources of red jujube will enrich people's dietary variety.In the deep processing process of red jujubes,they need to cored and sliced.In this paper,we have designed a mchine of red jujubes cored in groups and sliced equally in rows,it can cored of 4 red dates at the same time,then automatically enter the equal-thickness slicing process.The machine is mainly composed of the groove wheel mechanism,the cored mechanism,four groups of the dies and the feeding mechanism,conveying belt,transfer mechanism,the slice roller and so on.In this paper,the intermittent motion of three groups of slot wheel mechanism is used to realize the feeding,de-coreing and discharging of red jujubes,the reciprocating motion of crank slider is used to realize the purpose of de-core punch,the intermittent characteristic of ratchet mechanism is used to realize the waiting slice of red jujubes,and the crank rocker mechanism and parallelogram mechanism are used to transport the red jujubes to the slice roller for slicing.Then,the kinematics relations of each mechanism are calculated in detail,the structural parameters design of the main mechanism is completed,and the expected goal is basically realized.
