Water breakthrough in oil well is a major problem in the process of oil field development in China.The development contradiction of high salinity and high salinity reservoir is particularly prominent,Mainly because of the poor tolerance to high temperature and high salinity by organic or single agent system at present.To solve this problem,A study on Interpenetrating network polymer plugging system was carried out in this dissertation.The system was gotten from the effect of crossing link between polyacrylamide emulsion-phenolic resin gel system and acrylamide-starch gel system using the method of interpenetrating so that the new system could performance both well in the tolerance of high temperature and high salt concentration.In this paper,the compatibility of two single systems and interpenetrating systems was studied by orthogonal experiment,obtaining the best formula(0.6% polyacrylamide emulsion+0.7% phenolic resin+2.5% acrylamide+1% starch+0.02% N,Nmethylene double acrylamide+0.06% ammonium persulfate)at 60?.Gel time is 21 h,and the gel strength is 0.1MPa.The effects of composition concentration,pH value,temperature and salinity on the gelation time and strength of the three systems were evaluated in this paper.It is found that the interpenetrating network plugging system is less than the two single system components,and the use of the gelation temperature and pH range is more wide,and the salt resistance performance is better.Through the sand tube model experiment,it is found that the interpenetrating polymer network system has more than 96% plugging rate for water phase,and the plugging performance is good,and the plugging rate of the oil phase is only 20.38%,which is selective.Through the of microcosmic experiments,three network structures and grid forms can be obverserved,in which the interpenetrating system has an obvious network interpenetrating structure.
