Chemical plant production process is complex,most have high temperature,high-pressure conditions,there are toxic,harmful,flammable and explosive media.And with the development of science and technology,modern chemical production process has been into a large-scale,integrated,complicated phase,the automation of the production system is becoming more and more high,and the influencing factors of chemical plant safety,smooth running is also increasing.Sensor fault,controller fault,human error operation,process parameter change,etc.can lead to abnormal condition and failure.It not only causes huge economic losses to enterprises,but also causes casualties.Therefore,how to ensure the safe and smooth operation of chemical plant has become an important research direction.The fault diagnosis is born in such a demand environment.Fault diagnosis technology is a comprehensive technology,it in broad,many subjects,such as mathematical statistics,modern control theory,fuzzy set theory,reliability design,pattern recognition,signal processing,artificial intelligence,etc.The traditional fault diagnosis method is based on the operator's experience to judge what is wrong? What measures should be taken to respond? The disadvantages of this artificial approach are obvious.Because chemical production process is complex,various parameter variables correlate and influence each other.It is difficult to make the correct judgment in case of abnormal condition and failure.The fault diagnosis system adopts the thought of predictive diagnosis,USES the computer information technology to identify the abnormal condition,judge the fault source,predict its consequences and put forward the corresponding emergency measures.This topic mainly through theoretical analysis and related examples in practical production,the combination of chemical plant as research SDG fault diagnosis technology in carbon fiber production process,especially in the application of the preoxidation and carbonization process.From the perspective of enterprises,the research on this topic can provide real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis for production process or operating equipment,eliminate potential faults and prevent production accidents.It is of great significance to solve the problems existing in the current production situation of enterprises.In addition,the problems faced by the enterprise are also common problems in the domestic carbon fiber industry,and the research on this topic is of certain guiding significance to the technical breakthrough of the industry.First of all,with the introduction of the fault diagnosis for a simple,at the same time for all kinds of fault diagnosis method of comparing the advantages and disadvantages,SDG fault diagnosis model is mainly based on technological process,easy to build,the visual image,can better reflect the failure propagation paths,more practical use in the chemical process equipment.Secondly,the modeling method,modeling steps and reasoning mechanism of SDG fault diagnosis technology are introduced.A fault diagnosis model of preoxidation and carbonization SDG for polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber was established and its fault diagnosis was made.Finally,combined with the result of fault diagnosis,using SDG fault diagnosis technology to find the main factors which influence the stability of preoxidation and carbonization,and combined with the fault point in the actual production process key control measures are put forward,to guide the enterprise safety production.With the progress of social technology,the scale of chemical production equipment is becoming more and more extensive,complicated and automated,which undoubtedly increases the failure point of the operation of the affected device.When the working condition is abnormal and the fault occurs,the fault source can be determined quickly and accurately,and the corresponding measures can be taken in time to effectively control the failure and reduce the loss.The fault diagnosis method based on SDG model has the characteristics of high completeness and strong robustness.However,due to some problems existing in the SDG method and the complex situation in actual industrial applications,the application of SDG method to industrial fault diagnosis still faces some problems.Our research topic should further improve the SDG fault diagnosis framework and constantly summarize the problems,so that the SDG method can finally be applied to the industrial site and contribute to the safety production.
