More than 30% of China's pipeline has been running for more than 20 years.The current state of domestic pipeline operation is the long length of the pipeline,the long running time and many hidden dangers.How to deal with the pipelines which is with great potential safety hazard and diseconomy would be the major challenge in China's oil industry.Mastering the disposal of disused pipes is the only way to solve these problems.In this paper,based on the actual case of Qingdao refining pipeline waste migration,carry out the "Study on the grouting solidification harmless treating process of the abandoned pipelines in Qingdao Refining &Chemical",first of all pipe waste disposal at home and abroad have investigated the current situation of the research analysis,summarizes the future pipeline waste will focus on the development trend in information management system of pipeline,pigging technology,pipeline filling technology,pointed out that "grouting solidification process characteristics and advantage of;Then,the optimal concentration of chemical additive and fly ash/cement slurry ratio were determined by experiment.The effects of different additives on the cement slurry system were studied and four groups of cement slurry systems were designed according to the content of fly ash.According to the intensity experiment,rheological experiment and consistency experiment,the optimal group was selected.The formula is as follows(quality ratio): water: 425 Portland cement: fly ash=1.74:1:1;Additive and dosage: 0.3 % Retarder,0.2 % Dispersant,0.3 % Expansion agent,0.05 % Defoamer.This group has low mud density,good rheity,long thickening time,high compressive strength,small dry shrinkage ratio,good filling degree after curing,and meets the requirements of pumping construction.At the same time,the water cement ratio is larger,the economic index is higher.Finally,the solidification process of grouting is optimized,andthe effect of grouting curing is evaluated and analyzed.This paper introduces the concrete steps of pressure sealing,pigging operation and grouting solidification.With pressure plugging process is given,and the fuel lines,lines to crude oil,gasoline,diesel,liquefied gas line for the pigging operation of oil properties of process design,and optimized the curing of the grouting and exhaust point location,the key point in grouting solidification is presented.After grouting,the filling degree of pipeline is checked and the filling degree of pipeline is good.The experimental analysis of the solidified slurry was carried out to prove that the injected fillers did not cause secondary pollution to the surrounding environment.This work will help our country to form scientific pipe waste processing system,help to develop pipeline waste processing standards and specifications,and increasingly frequent pipe scrap for the future work in order to provide the engineering guidance significance for reference.
