In recent years,a large number of powerful Chinese enterprises have carried out international investment and business activities such as overseas engineering contracting, acquisition of resources, mergers and acquisitions, and overseas listing.India is China's largest neighbor in the southwest. The risk of international engineering contracting is high.In recent years, the number of overseas engineering projects has increased dramatically and the scale has been expanding. The requirements for the comprehensiveness, complexity and technical content of engineering projects have been continuously improved. In addition, the project is not the same as the political and economic situation, policies and regulations, and technical requirements of the localities. Therefore, the project risk management is challenged at all stages of project implementation.Faced with these risks, companies need to carry out active and effective risk management to minimize losses in order to maximize economic benefits.ZM Group first contacted the Indian mining construction market in 2011.Because there are too few precedents for domestic counterparts to draw on,it is more cautious in project screening, screening, project setting and tendering, implementation and control, and strives to take all kinds of risk factors into full consideration. At the same time,it considers the whole Indian mining construction market from a long-term strategic perspective. The first guiding principle is risk control. This paper takes the MCP copper mine project of ZM Group in India as the research object, from the early links of bidding and business negotiation to the human resources, construction design, procurement equipment, finance, taxation and so on in the implementation and operation of the project, identifies and analyses the risk points in each link, and combines the analytic hierarchy process,Delphi method, subjective scoring method and expert investigation method to analyze the risk factors.Evaluate the causes and characteristics of each risk characteristics, and make corresponding countermeasures such as risk transfer, risk acceptance and risk mitigation.
