Compared with the wet quenching technology,the airtight vaporization quenching technology has the advantages of sealing without leakage,reducing the pollution to the atmosphere,recovering the sensible heat of coke and applying it to power generation.Compared with the dry quenching technology,which USES steam quenching,compared with inert gas quenching,the cost of quenching coke is significantly reduced and the economic benefits are improved.The quick opening and closing of tank cover can save the working time of coke extinguishing and improve the working efficiency.The open coke time of coke is reduced and the heat loss is avoided.Can quickly meet the requirements of sealing,ensure no leakage in the coke quenching process,reduce the pollution of the environment.This paper studied the characteristics of all kinds of sealing technology in high-temperature airtight evaporative cooling conditions,to design a new type of seal method,analyzes the working conditions of rapid opening and closing mechanism,design out of the pot cover opening and closing mechanism automatically.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of various sealing techniques are studied and the sealing method of high temperature sealing and quenching is designed.In the design and calculation part of the seal,ansys workbench 16.0 was adopted to analyze the force and deformation of the sealing ring under different thickness and width,and the sealing ring structure was designed.On the tank lid opening and closing mechanism design part,mainly research the jar on the tank lid opening and closing mechanism and convergent on tank cover opening and closing mechanism,design out of the jar lid on the double rocker + locking hydraulic cylinder opening and closing of four bar linkage mechanism,and automatic lid opening and closing mechanism convergent main structure design and parameter calculation.In this paper,an in-depth analysis is carried out on the opening and closing mechanism of the lower tank lid,and the sealing mechanism of the lower lid is designed,and the sealing technique is studied.The study of this topic has improved the quality of coke production efficiency and coke,reduced labor cost,reduced environmental pollution,and made full use of coke’s heat and other major problems.The difficulty of this subject is to big tank manufacturing,tank lining protection of heat,how to undertake airtight,how to realize the rapid opening and closing,to water tank of water control,sealing of quickopening and closing over and over again,and at high temperature coke’s influence on the seal ring.In this paper,the airtight seal of evaporative cooling technology and automatic open-close mechanism has carried on the thorough research,to solve the problem under the condition of high temperature sealing and can cover the design of the automatic open-close mechanism provides a theoretical basis.
