| Under the background of continuous improvement of living standard and deepening of urban housing reform,product of cabinet has entered the home of consumer as the main component of the kitchen.However,the development of information technology and design leads to the homogenization of product modeling in different enterprises.Similar modeling semantics can hardly improve consumers’ purchasing power.Relative to too much discussion and research on the modeling both at home and abroad,the flat development trend of modern cabinet pays more emphasis on the pursuit of texture.However,it is a pity that there is a lack of relevant research,so how to use semantic perception theory to help designers choose appropriate product materials through user needs is the focus of this paper.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a research method of material recognition based on semantic perception.From the perspective of cognitive psychology,the relationship between factors of visual perception dimension and emotional evaluation of aluminum alloy surface was experimentally studied by using SD method and Pearson correlation analysis method.At the same time,taking the aluminum alloy cabinet as an example,this paper discusses the correlation between factors of visual perception dimension and emotional evaluation of aluminum alloy cabinet material interaction.The results of this paper can provide certain reference for the product design and material selection of the cabinet.The main research content and innovation points of this paper include:(1)From the perspective of semantic perception theory,this study explores the mechanism of semantic perception in material recognition.According to the channel mode of semantic perception and material sensory property,the factor of visual sensory property dimension based on material and the dimension of visual sensory property based material recognition model are sorted out.(2)The material identification model based on the dimension of visual sensation characteristics was used to complete the experiment of factor of visual sensation property dimension based on the surface of aluminum alloy materials,and to explore the correlation between the factor of visual sensation property dimension of aluminum alloy materials and perceptual evaluation.(3)Based on the aluminum alloy cabinet design project,the material interaction experiment of aluminum alloy cabinets is completed.It assists to complete the material selection of aluminum alloy cabinet design project.To a certain extent,the application feasibility is verified through the project results.As a new application theory,semantic perception provides a new research idea for the product design and material selection of cabinet,and a new research reference for identifying the overall product image of cabinet. |
