With the development of science and technology,healthcare products have gradually entered people's lives.But it had become a concern whether healthcare products are safe and effective and whether they have unpredictable side effects.Therefore,the determination of the illegal adulteration of natural healthcare products with chemical drugs has become a key factor in the health products'daily consumption.The SERS technology not only can identify the molecules of the analyte with high sensitivity,but also measure the target in aqueous solution.It is widely used for the determination of chemical drugs in healthcare products.In this paper,modified silver nanoparticles are used as SERS substrates to measure and analyze which belong to different kinds of chemical drugs.SA-AgNPs were synthesized with sodium alginate?SA?as the reducing agent and used for the SERS substrate to determinate vardenafil and rosiglitazone maleate?ROS?.The experimental conditions?pH,the concentration of AgNPs?affecting SERS intensity were optimized.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the SERS intensity show good linear relationship with 4.88–488?g·mL-1 vardenafil solution and4.74–94.7?g·mL-1 ROS solution,respectively.The detection limits were 1.63?g·mL-1and 2.20?g·mL-1,respectively.This method,used for the determination of drugs in healthcare products,show good selectivity,accurate experimental results,and have a good application prospects.CD-S-AgNPs were synthesized using?-cyclodextrin??-CD?as a reducing agent and encapsulating agent in combination with mercapto-cyclodextrin?HS-CD?under alkaline conditions.The“host-guest”interaction of the cyclodextrin cavity was used to encapsulate and transport the molecules of the object to be measured are close to the surface of the silver nanoparticle,thereby generating a SERS signal according to the electromagnetic field enhancement effect.In the experiment,crystal violet was used as a probe molecule.The enhancement effect of different substrates on the analyte was evaluated.Based on the obtained SERS spectrum,the enhancement factor was calculated based on the CD-S-AgNPs substrate.The results show that the substrate has a good enhancement effect.The substrate was used for tested prazosin hydrochloride?PRH?and losartan potassium?LOS?which belong to antihypertensive drugs,and the SERS spectrum of the analyte was obtained.The density functional theory?DFT?calculation and FT-IR spectrum were used to assign the SERS peak,and determinate the structure model of PRH/LOS-?-CD.Optimize the influencing factors?pH?involved in the detection process.Under optimal conditions,the linear ranges of prazosin hydrochloride?PRH?and losartan potassium?LOS?solutions are 1.0×10-7-6.0×10-5mol·L-1 and 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4 mol·L-1,respectively.The detection limits were 1.5×10-8 and 9.2×10-7 mol·L-1.The method can be successfully applied to the determination of chemical drugs in auxiliary healthcare products.
